Your focus is important of course, but the energy that allows any of these things to happen is the God-Mind frequency. All of these abilities are inherent in our mind-patterns and DNA, but our belief systems are what prevent us from realising our unlimited potential. Levitation will be difficult if someone believes it is, but if is it deemed a normal part of existence, then you wouldn't have any problem with it.
The main obstacle to anything is always ourselves, and what we are prepared to believe. If you feel it takess great effort to accomplish anything, it will be your reality.
In True Reality (i.e. God-Mind) everything occurs instantaneously with a single thought, so it is just a matter of whether you choose to actualise your thought or not. In physical reality things can take 'time' to manifest because the energy here is slowed down, but then again is does depend on what you believe. Sometimes events can unfold so rapidly just from a snap decision, and other times you don't seem to get in proper alignment with what you want.
Some abilites may not manifest for you simply because you do not have the knowledge or self-governance to deal with them. The Oversoul level always gives each individual the best for their current needs and mind-pattern. Forcing something to happen is a way of exerting control over another energy, which may create an outcome that was not the most beneficial, or aligned with your Oversoul's wishes, and also sets you up to be 'forced' to do or be things by others, to provide a balance for your actions. Forcing things may also indicate someone is not ready for that experience anyway as it feels so difficult. When an event needs to occur, and all is in place, then it flows with ease and simplicity.
