I'd bet anything you want it will NOT happen in August. There is only ONE befitting timeframe for it to occur and I have already mentioned it numerous times.
... just after the last Pope is run out of the Vatican... if that occurs in August of this year, then perhaps it will take place. But I doubt the there'd be enough time to re elect the last Pope by August even if the current one dies int he next month.
