Dr. Eric Pianka being a freemason is likely. But anyhow, I think the media blew his words out of proportion in order to reach the masses for predicative programming (Pianka appeared very irritated on an interview on youtube, as if he had no alternative or something.) What made me think this is his response to my e-mail. No--I didn't say I supported him, but here is his short response:

It would seem Eric Pianka is a Freemason, however the Grand Lodge he attends has a Grand Master, who is usually a Committee Of 300 Member, that would have instructed him to tell the General Public about mass genocide.
