Psychological Origins Of Diseases
#1
This book, written by Christiane Beerlandt,  which I have a copy of, is worth checking out if you are interested in mind-body correlation work and 1:1 mappings between illness and psychological and emotional causes.

Specific 'exercises' are not included but it's a worthy addition to libraries for those who are interested in such materials as it describes the type of thinking that fuels a condition based on Beerlandt's studies.

Thanks for the info, bhornsby.

I have bookmarked the site and will check it out in detail later.  I have a feeling I could use this info - not only for me, but for my sis, who has been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia (among other things).  I have tried to talk to her about all of this stuff and the reasons for which she is ill, but, alas, I think she is a lost cause.  She has been under the care of shrinks for too many years now.
