Holographic image from Blue Beam?
Somehow I don't think so.What do you folks think? It looks like something was shot out of the sky and that's why it's burning so much.

I think it is a fake pic, I would like to see the article or some footage, the front of the fireball looks more like when things are fired up, rather than coming into earth. It just does not seem to have enough speed at the front of it. Also there is a cloud that sits somewhat perfect under the fireball; wouldnââ¬â¢t the force of the energy from such a thing disrupt that perfect cloud formation?

There wasnââ¬â¢t an article. Just the photo and who took it. The original description and link are below.
Real Meteor Shot This rare occasion was documented by a teenage photographer, John Barnett, from South Wales. http://www.darkroastedblend.com/2007/12/...etris.html

It says picture was taken on Sept. 24, 2003.
I've never seen one of these things in person so I have nothing to compare it to from experience.

I do not remember it, but would have liked to see it myself.

There was a short movie on www.spaceweather.com the other day of a Geminid meteor from this past weekend and it looked similar to the picture in this thread.
