Recession Will Bring Big Rise In Crime And Race Hatred, Says Home Office

Ministers are bracing themselves for a rise in violent crime and burglaries and a shift to far-right extremism as the effects of the economic downturn take their toll, a leaked Home Office report to the Prime Minister says.

In a series of warnings, the Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith, says that Britain also faces a “significant increase” in alcohol and tobacco smuggling, hostility towards migrants and even a potential rise in the number of people joining terrorist groups.

Revenue raised from issuing new visas is also set to fall as people stop travelling, passport fees will drop and police funding will come under extreme pressure, according to a copy of the report, Responding to Economic Challenges, seen by The Times.

Most Britons had only considered the effects on the economic downturn on their food, fuel and housing bills but Ms Smith’s revelations show that the credit crisis is likely to affect them in other, more sinister ways.

Based on models from the last recession in 1991-92, Ms Smith tells Gordon Brown that violent crime is set to grow at a rate of 19 per cent while theft and burglaries could rise by up to 7 per cent this year and 2 per cent in 2009.

“Our modelling indicates that an economic downturn would place a significant upward pressure on acquisitive crime and therefore on overall crime figures,” Ms Smith says.

The report reveals that the Home Office has allocated £300 million for security for the 2012 Olympics and that there could also be a rise in people turning to extremist groups and racism because of “a real or perceived sense of disadvantage held by individuals”. The report added: “Grievances based on experiencing racism is one of the factors that can lead to people becoming terrorists”.

The report highlights Pakistani and Bangladeshi communities as those most vulnerable to such effects because of low employment rates and having the highest percentage of children living in households with income 60 per cent below the average.

A tightening in the economy is also expected to bring a significant rise in fuel, alcohol and tobacco smuggling and illegal-working migrant numbers could swell as job opportunities fall.

A Home Office spokesman said that the department did not comment normally on leaked documents but the report was a draft advice on which the Home Secretary had not yet signed off. It had not been sent to No 10.

“It is, however, appropriate that the Home Office considers the effects the economic climate may have on crime and other policy areas. We are confident that we have the right systems in place to respond flexibly to changing economic needs, and are well positioned to face future challenges.”

Dominic Grieve, the Shadow Home Secretary, said the Home Office was “patently not equipped to cope”.

“It is deeply disturbing that a department as shambolic as the Home Office already is facing such problems as a result of the economic downturn.

“Now we see that the consequences of Gordon Brown’s complete mismanagement of the economy will not just hit hard-working families in the pocket but will also threaten their security and safety.”

Damian Green, the Shadow Immigration Minister, said that ministers needed to come clean on which operations at the Border Agency were under threat and suggested scrapping the identity card scheme immediately.

Well, no it is probably a little bit exaggerated in places, however when you watch V FOR VENDETTA, and films like DOOMSDAY and REIGN OF FIRE, you get an overall picture that TPTB in Britain are wanting massive social, racial, cultural and financial changes here as part of the NWO. The thing is, to create it, mass chaos, race riots, anti-government riots and "Flash Mobs" will occur across many, many towns and cities in Britain.

There was an Independant Radio News (IRN) "news bulletin" on Talksport Radio in October 2004, boradcast ONLY one time in a 1 HR news broadcast, that stated that by 2016, the current population in Britain would have dropped from 70 million to only 40 million. So how on earth is there going to be that kind of population reduction, unless massive military planning to create those types of far ranging social, racial, cultural and financial changes, is going to occur?

After the UK Government Chancellor of the Exchequer, Alasdair Darling, announced basically the complete coming destruction of the Western Economies, especially the British Economy, it means Britain is totally and completely financially doomed, with 4.8 million unemployed White British People by 2009, and the UK Government could not give a damn. ALL Parliament "politicians" are absolutely arrogant, FAKE, and horrifically evil psychopaths who hate ordinary "British Citizens". My opinion is that currently, the British People are completely oblivious to the NWO because they are more concerned with TV, and the TV programmes (program-me) that bothering to form a "new political movement" and remove the Labour Party and Conservative Party BOTH from the fake "British Democracy" that the Regular Grand Lodge of English Freemasonry (RGLEF) helped to create, to give the illusion of 'choice' and 'freedom' to the British People.

PM Gordon Brown does not care for the British People and is Fascist Socialist Puppet for the Windsors and their NWO, as Britain has been absorbed into the European Union (EU). Again, most British People are sleepwalking into the NWO and wilfully express "collective denialism" of the evils of the Satanic Elites ruling Britain. Every 12 months, Britain allows in well over 350,000 "immigrants", with 280,000 of them coming from Eastern Europe. As many as 3 in 5 or 60% of those "immigrants" go straight onto DSS State Benefits that they DO NOT serve or legally should be given. If you walk around the towns and cities of Britain, you notice that pretty much ALL of tarmac roads are full of lunar potholes, with cracks everywhere, weeds growing through. GATSO Speed Cameras and SPEC Speed Cameras as well as CCTV are everywhere as well. Weeds, flowers, and fungi also grow EVERYWHERE on the pavements, whether tarmac or paving stones, in every village, town and city in Britain.

Graffiti is sprayed everywhere, hypodermic drug needles litter the streets, lager and beer cans are thrown everywhere, and the British People seem uncaring, almost soulless about it ALL. Project MONARCH has wrecked Britain, creating highly mentally disturbed and totally psychologically deranged, sexually dysfunctional people. The Local Authorities (LA) are falling behind financially, as Council Tax cannot cover their auditing shortfalls, because of massive "ethnic immigration" and "soaring unemployment" and Political Correctness (PC) gone completely and totally insane to psychosis and "social psychosis paranoic levels". Literally, there is so much BS going on in Britain. An individual called Brian Gerrish, has shown how Common Purpose (CP), a "Masonic Group" created by the RGLEF, is destroying the last structures of "British Society". According to the UK Government, they foresee massive race riots, anti-government riots and general social anarchy in sporadic locations in towns and cities by 2010, so Britain is being prepared for the destruction of the "White British Middle Class".

Yes, Britain is really fragmented, and socially, financially, culturally and psychologically is very damaged. The level of "programming" and "conditioning" in Britain is massive, and very wide ranging. ALL most of the British People seem to care for is living credit card, hedonistic, narcissistic, self-obsessed, egocentric lifestyles. There is seemingly absolute apathy and childish, repetitive behavior occurring across Britain. It is a decaying, slum-like country these days. People spend their credit cars in HP repayments on expensive looking croad vehicle makes like BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Alfa Romeo and Volvo, and yet they are NOT owned.

Currently the state of the British Economy is so bad that the UK Government will not and does not inform the general public what is really going on. It is ALL left to simply decay. This is why the whole "London Olympics" in 2012, simply makes me laugh because British is NOT "British" and London is NOT even "multicultural" anymore, it is simply a fragmented, self-imposed ghettoized social mess. Most people I know have sold their homes in cities like London, and moved out to towns elsewhere in Britain or have move abroad. So much "immigration" is going on, and so much Project MONARCH "programming" is occurring as well, that it is thoroughly 'demonic' and purely evil in nature.

There are 70 million people in Britain, and films like "Doomsday", "Reign Of Fire", "V For Vendetta" and "48 Days Later" ALL seem to be informing the British People that the current social, economic, financial and cultural structure of Britain is going to come to an abrupt ending in the very, very near future, perhaps around 2013, 2014 or 2015, with presumably 'mass genocide' of 30 million + of the population. This means Britain is again going to change, probably becoming a similar country to that like it was before 1950-1951, and definitely before WW2 occurred. So Britain, with the MASS MIND CONTROL that the Tavistock Insititute on behalf of TPTB, created after WW2, is becoming a very over-regulated and heavily bureaucratic country indeed.

Well, quite easily really. The reason I find it so stright forward to stay "balanced" is because spiritually, emotionally and psychologically, I make the mental effort to take self-responsibility for my own life, and therefore can objectively observe the cultural, racial, genetic, and social mess that Britain is in, whilst keeping my own life in a balanced and focus state.
