I do not believe that tai chi and Qi Gong even belong in the same category as reiki and pranic healing, these are very different applications.
There are two minor chakras in the palms.

Just in case anyone tries the colors listed by venusdeindia, please note that the use of orange cannot be indiscriminate.
According to Master Choa Kok Sui, founder of the modern Pranic movement, orange must never be used on these areas: head, eyes, brain, anywhere near the head, jaw chakras, heart, front or back of the heart chakra, spleen, or spleen chakra as it can cause serious damage because is it so very potent. - Advanced Pranic Healing, c 1995, page 7.
Just an FYI.

A friend of mine is attending this Prana healing.
She had some health problems, so she went there kind of to help herself. Anyway so far she is satisfied with what she learned and practised there. She is somewhere on a middle level I think, I dont know exactly how many levels are there. As I was able to udesratnd they do it heal themseleves and to heal others.
I didnt talk much with her on the issue, anyway what draw my attention is that she mentioned that this "teaching" doesnt pay much attention to dreams. That was kind of wierd to me, cause I find dreams important.

As for yoga I enjoyed it very much, even though i was only at a beginners level. I attended yoga at 3 different maters and all have some variations in the asanas.
Regarding Tai Chi, which i like also, that one was more convenient to my body energy, but unfortunately I didn't continue with the lessons.:(

I rechecked again with my friend about the dreams issue, so anyway they consider them as connecting to highreself and spirituality.

Just a few personal observations on these modalities -
Tried Yoga a few times over the years but never felt comfortable with the physical side, only a form of meditation which was done at the end of class.
Have studied Reiki 2 but used it infrequently, only on request from close friends or relatives. Could never put my finger on why this happened as many from my group went on to be Reiki Practioners over time.
Tai Chi - have practised this for many years now and when I do, I feel great - balanced, flexible (and I'm no "spring chicken"), calm or energised depending on which style I'm doing at the time. I've been going to the same instructor for a long time. He trained in China and has also taught some basic explanations of the meridian system of Chinese Medicine so that we would understand how the movements affect us. Tai Chi is excellent (IMO) for balancing the hemispheres of the brain - movements are done both left and right, front and back. The movements are all in sequences which is very good for the memory.
Qi Gong - Have also learnt a few forms of this energy practice. It is more intense and energy building than Tai Chi and really should be practised regularly. I found people lost interest in these classes sooner, perhaps because they were looking for a "quick fix" to a problem.
I have not incorporated any Hyperspace practices with any of the above, and must say it never occurred to me to do so. It has been a long time since I did the course with Stewart and read his books, although I do look at them and my notes occasionally, and catch up on any opinions and comments here from time to time.
Hope I haven't put everyone to sleep with all this rambling!!
