The flushing with violet, means you're are cleansing out dirty and unwished things from the astral imprints about your life which are the blue-prints for your possible future outcomes.
Violet is the highest natural energy you can use for this. You can enhance these violet power by eating good food, vitamins and take sea-salt bath, say 2-3 days after doing it.
De-materializing in violet exercises are indeed important techniques herewith too. Esp. Golden Altar or weeding the garden, and esp. when putting males on the Golden Altar.
For males: If you're sexual stimulated and you feel not tired or depressed after direct releasework with violet, you are able to get momentum by masturbation and again release everything wanted to release in violet and then go to brown. Then eat something heavy like chocolate or meat to seal the procedure physically. This is a way to get the cleansed astral imprints grounded for a male while there is no female involved.
For females: there is also a sexual act to get momentum; but I'm not sure what the best procedure is; maybe a male who you can trust must be involved here. The power of a female here is, she really is the connecting point between astral and physical; the male energy here is used to upload and direct the mental power to the astral plane, which is to be picked up by the female involved.

The oversoul technique is also a good procedure, you must take the time, rest and focus for it. Again violet is to be used (and/or gold). Also prayer is useful.

There are may other techniques available; but the color violet is indeed very important for the release and transform of negative issues.
