Well, some of the Dopa ufo's were filmed "Behind" certain things so some are not shadows....
As for the phoenix lights, well so many iduviduals actually saw with their own eyes somthing other than flares.
I know what Ive seen and no "Flares" gonna shake me out of the truth. :)
