Departed Souls certainly do not look like Human Beings with a Blue Aura as Hollywood loves to portray them but as Dancing Lights or Hovering Lights that make no sound.

I think they come to us in the image of what they originally were while we knew them in our dream states...

We just have to be ready for it. That's all.
