While you are talking about cellphones I'm sick of companies charging late fees for a payment even though you attempted to make the payment but it didn't go through due to technical issues out of your control. They recently changed the late fee to $10 per late payment, and they don't even listen to valid reasons, these big companies are starting to act like if you don't give me x by x i'm going to charge you interest.
