Sleep Less

Hey everyone,

I want to learn some techniques/tips to decrease the needed amount of sleeping hours. I feel like I've been learning in my dream states subconsciously, but I  need more time apart from the daily life to consciously open or explore my mind-patterns. I know sleep is an important part of Oversoul communication, but I want to switch priority from subconscious to more conscious learning now. On top of that, it would help my studies at college if I don't need that much sleep!
