the beaches facing Atlantic Ocean.
This is where the elites used to hang out
in the late 1800s, all the way up to 1950,
when things changed in the world, right?

And on the bay side is where the Rockefeller cottage

One of the unique things about the Federal Reserve System,
it was created in Georgia, Jekyll Island,
over the top of a Canaanite altar.
When you think about what's going on in the world,
it all starts actually from the satanic control
of our monetary system,
which has expanded to the whole world.

They're trying to get away from that.

the Moors were simple people,
but had the law inside of them,
and then they gave it to the white man,

how there was an entire infiltration.
Now it's full circle coming back,
because like we were saying,
like water, God's law comes to the surface,
'cause it's the truth,
and anything that's a lie, by definition, will crumble,
therefore Babylonian falls.
- Nobody really won World War II, except the globalists.
And the globalists are very adept at making us think
that we have a part to play
in a bilateral or trilateral conflict,
which is sort of the standard model
we've been taught over the last 100 to 125 years or so,
and it's just simply not the case.
Every war since Napoleon has been financed
and spawned off, fomented,
by the exact same power class at the very top of society
that then invests itself,
both militarily and financially,
and to some degree politically, in all sides,
to ensure that no matter the outcome,
the globalist agenda and that Illuminati march
towards the end of civilization as we know it, continues.
So World War II is no different
in that particular template form.
Harry Truman actually signed an order of surrender
on behalf of the United States of America.
If I'm not mistaken,
that order of surrender was signed immediately
before the public optics of the Allied victory
and the capitulation, not only of Nazi Germany in May,
but also Japan later in the year.
And the reason for that order of surrender
was because the United States military,
throughout their espionage spy network,
had managed to isolate details
about the Nazis' involvement,
not only in secret space technologies,
very, very advanced technology and research designs,
but also their contacting and their alliance,
an emerging alliance, in late 1943.
In 1930, the Bank for International Settlements, BIS,
was established as a hub for the world's central banks,
originally conceived to facilitate
Germany's World War I reparations
under the Treaty of Versailles.
Yet, as history unfolded, this institution,
like many others founded with noble intentions,
became a key player in the global financial chess game.
By the end of the decade, BIS found itself entangled
in the murky waters of international conflict,
financing both sides of a new war.
Figures such as Prescott Bush
and prominent Wall Street titans
were implicated in fueling the Nazi war machine,
revealing the dark underbelly of global finance.
In the aftermath of World War II,
the influence of the BIS expanded dramatically,
consolidating power for the elites
and laying the groundwork
for the future One World Government.
- A number of the different individuals from NAZ,
from the Nazi German government,
became chief of staff for NATO,
ambassadors or secretaries to the UN,
heads of very advanced universities,
or excuse me, very well-known universities
here in the United States of America.
And that infiltration sort of kept going
in a familial sense, again,
directed by that globalist cult at the very top.
For a number of decades,
and we had individuals that tried to warn us
throughout that period of time,
throughout the 20th century.
We had President Eisenhower tell us
sort of at the last closing bell,
last call, if you will, of his presidency,
what the true threat to the world
and to American republicanism really was.
John F. Kennedy later discussed destroying the CIA.
He was sort of neutered by the CIA
and outmaneuvered by them with the Bay of Pigs fiasco.
Kennedy attempted to remove
the globalist financial control
that was established in 1913 by the Federal Reserve.
And of course he was shot for it.
And then we have Ronald Reagan,
another good example of someone
who attempted to do the right thing in the early days,
but again, was neutered.
- In 1930s Germany, the British aristocracy,
through the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations,
collaborated with the Nazis on mind control projects.
These range from Heinrich Himmler's Lebensborn program,
aimed at breeding an Aryan super race,
to Dr. Josef Mengele's mind torture experiments at Auschwitz.
Himmler, driven by pagan rituals
and steeped in occult knowledge,
sought to create a 200 million strong army of super soldiers.
These soldiers would be impervious to pain,
devoid of moral barriers,
and possess enhanced strength, stamina, and mental acuity.
Himmler also masterminded the plan for the final solution.
By the end of World War II,
Himmler and Mengele's paths diverged.
Hitler stripped Himmler of all military power
upon discovering his lieutenant's attempt
to negotiate a peace deal with the allies.
This failed attempt led Himmler to commit suicide.
Dr. Josef Mengele, known as the Angel of Death,
continued his work and spearheaded Project Monarch
and its mind slaves program.
Despite being on the list of wanted Nazi scientists,
the Dulles brothers smuggled Mengele
and other Nazi scientists into the United States
outside the purview of Operation Paperclip.
Although the CIA's MKUltra program
officially launched in 1953,
mind control experiments on American men and women
began in 1945 under various project and subproject names.
Emerging from the MKUltra program,
which encompassed over 149 subprojects,
the CIA launched Operation Spellbinder
to create black Manchurian candidates and sleeper assassins.
- Operation Paperclip,
I think that had been going on for long before
we thought it was or we're told it was.
Anytime they reveal anything to us,
you can bet that it's already a bigger operation
that's been implemented and somebody discovered
or they decided to release a little bit of kernel of truth
to give them, you know, oh, well, we gave you something.
So we're not doing that anymore.
- First of all, there's a lot of misunderstanding
about Operation Paperclip.
They would have you believe that that was all about
Werner von Braun and the rocket guys.
You know, they always, if you look up Operation Paperclip,
it always shows you the same picture of von Braun.
They've taken him out of his Nazi uniform
and his SS uniform, and now he's got his arms crossed.
He's getting a nice suit and behind him
are all these engineers.
But in point of fact, the biggest push was to get chemists
and specifically vaccine chemists.
Germany had a long history of biologic warfare research
and this didn't start with Operation Paperclip
and our back and forth with them
did not start with Operation Paperclip.
So what that was really was a way that the government
could justify bringing the knowledge that they had
into our country for more work.
In other words, really what happened after World War II,
we didn't really win the war the way we thought we did.
We may have won it with the Russians, quite frankly,
the Soviets lost so many people fighting that war
and we don't give them credit, but they did it.
We funded them, but they did a lot of it.
And what we have to realize is that we brought their tech,
we brought the Bormann Org, which was the,
they called it the camaraderie,
the camaraderie work or something like that.
It was basically an organization to take the Third Reich
to be the Fourth Reich overseas.
- The K is Kontroll, which is a German word.
And that is something that we've seen in a lot of,
Fort Detrick had MKUltra operations that's been revealed.
There's been a lot of it going on.
You can see it, I've seen it overseas
and in the United States.
Probably all of us have been exposed to MKUltra programming
to a certain extent.
The school system, I think has a lot of it.
Definitely the college system has it
on a more massive scale at this point, unfortunately.
But it is indoctrinated everywhere.
The medical community is most definitely MKUltra
and on and on.
Military units, groups are MKUltra.
So once you start to understand the process
and how they basically are controlling information
and what happens to your brain
when you're like you discover something
and then your brain wants to shut down.
- Every word secrecy is repugnant
in a free and open society.
And we are as a people inherently and historically
opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths
and to secret proceedings.
In the councils of government,
we must guard against the acquisition
of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought
by the military industrial complex.
- We shall propose further cooperative efforts
between all the nations in weather prediction
and eventually in weather control.
- Jack Kennedy should have broken up the CIA
and not said he was gonna do it.
The mistake was to say he was gonna do it
before he did it.
He should have just broken it up
and it should be done again today.
My basic solution for the federal government
is into a civil service is to move it all out
to the Mojave Desert or Death Valley,
give them all the sun and solar and wind energy they want,
put them in Quonset huts, let them go out there
if they want to keep their jobs.
The only way you can get rid of this federal government
is to move it.
The doctors say he was hit from the front,
a throat wound, which they saw.
They saw the back of the head blown away, an exit wound.
Doctor said several times he was shot from the front.
This is the meticulous nature of the work
that Dr. Mantic did.
So you can see this is his notes.
All of these are optical density measurements.
And he can tell where the back part of the head
was blown out.
By the way, here's the white patch
that was imposed as a fake.
So they took the original and they put a mask over this
so you couldn't see what was under it
and took the x-ray that's in the archives as a copy.
Because if the doctors were right,
all of this was a lot of blowout of brain
and skull would have been seen through here
'cause it was a big furrow through all of this.
They mask that to eliminate the evidence of the shot
that hit from the ear and blew out all of this.
Instead, they intensify the front.
They want to say ultimately one bullet
hit the back of Jack Kennedy's head
and blew out the front and that was it.
- In August 1977, the 95th US Congress held hearings
on the CIA's top secret MK Ultra program,
investigating allegations of ritual abuse.
Despite the agency's claims
of halting the mind control experiments in 1973,
this was far from the truth.
By 1981, Kathy O'Brien, a monarch mind control slave,
was forced by her Illuminati handlers
to participate in two internal educational films,
How to Divide a Personality and How to Create a Sex Slave.
Seven years later, she was rescued by a CIA agent
from a planned ritual sacrifice at Bohemian Grove.
According to US Army intelligence officer,
MK Michael, the successor to Dr. Joseph Mengele,
known as Dr. Green, had a chilling objective,
to create an army of 16 million mind controlled subjects
by the 1980s.
By mid decade, the goal had more than tripled,
encompassing a wide range of individuals
from doctors and lawyers to athletes and celebrities.
Simultaneously, the United Nations and the Club of Rome
published reports aiming to reduce humanity
to mere code numbers,
attributing global warming to overpopulation.
As Agenda 21 gained traction,
the CIA subjected millions of children
to satanic ritual abuse,
shattering young minds through extreme methods.
The growing number of MK Ultra failures
highlighted the ongoing nature of these sinister programs.
Consequently, the mental health industry
introduced new diagnoses like,
Multiple Personality Disorder, MPD,
and later Dissociative Identity Disorder, DID,
to describe the shattered psyches of the victims.
Despite this, government health agencies
downplayed the prevalence and origins of these disorders.
The 1992 Dr. Greenbaum speech titled,
Hypnosis and MPD Ritual Abuse,
exposed the dark experiments on children
and military personnel.
While many monarch victims were discarded,
the number of black Manchurian super soldiers surged.
These individuals embedded in society
await activation to carry out the Antichrist command
to massacre Christians.
Whether the Antichrist is a person
or a sophisticated psyop from Project Blue Beam,
the black awakening will be triggered
by its emergence for all to see.
- When I was in the CIA,
there were those of us that could spot the bad actors.
It was fairly easy to spot them.
I think every organization has good actors in it.
Most of us that are in those organizations are good actors.
In the CIA, FBI, you name it.
I don't know about the health departments and so forth,
but probably from the way things work,
because they use that as a front to hide behind.
So they have these good operations that are going on.
Most of the people like myself
are in compartmentalized organizations
where you can't see outside your, normally,
can't see outside your little compartmented box.
- I arranged a meeting and wrote back and forth
and then got phone calls actually
with the J1 Adjutant's secretary
and arranged a meeting for the end of January
of the year 2000.
So there were five of us that actually flew
to Washington DC and met with the J1 Adjutant
to the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
And he was a full bird colonel, Air Force at the time,
if memory serves.
And we met there at the Pentagon
and he knew exactly why we were there,
which for me was, you know, I'm kind of watching this thing
like, is this real?
Is this recognized?
Some kind of a stupid game?
What is this?
So what are we really doing here?
I want to find out if this is real or not.
So not only does the J1 Adjutant,
the Joint Chiefs of Staff confirm
that what we're doing is real,
but it's legal, lawful and correct
that we're re-seating the vacant offices
of the Constitutional Republic
and that the corporation has simply been operating things
for the last hundred plus years.
He said, I told you a year ago
that what you're doing is correct.
It's legally, lawfully incorrect
and that eventually we'll have to follow your orders.
But in the meantime, there will not be a coup.
It's not going to happen.
And the conversion from the corporate municipal law form
to back to the Constitutional Republic
is going to take a lot longer
than you guys think it's going to take.
The thing that really struck me was that he said,
there is a field manual that's been drafted
by the US Army to reconstitute the Republic
and that they're going to walk that op plan out in lockstep.
There's not going to be any funny business.
There's not going to be any coup attempt.
They didn't say there wouldn't be a civil war,
but they implied they would do everything they could
to keep things peaceful as possible.
On Friday, December 18th, 2020,
45 days after the election coup
of the presidency of the United States,
President Donald Trump was expecting the DNI report
per his executive order from September 12th, 2018,
executive order number 13848.
They owed a report.
All the intelligence agencies owed a report
to the president of the United States.
He did not receive it.
That night in the overall office,
President Trump entertained some non-cabinet advisors,
some friends who tried to cajole him,
persuade him, get him to sign the Insurrection Act.
Trump actually enjoyed the kind of fireworks
and argument back and forth about why and why not.
President Trump would never sign the Insurrection Act.
Why?
Because he had a couple of pieces of information
that those in his overall office did not have,
including a three-star general.
Number one, the ex-Marine who went to visit
the J1 adjutant of the Joint Chiefs of Staff
in the Pentagon in 2000
with four other members of the military,
what did they learn?
They learned that the field manual was the plan.
The plan was to install
the Republic of the United States Constitution,
the original Constitution,
but they were told it would take longer than they thought
and it had two conditions, no coup, no civil war.
So had Trump signed the Insurrection Act,
it would have broken both conditions.
Those in his overall office that night didn't know that.
But President Trump also had the presidential daily brief.
And the Monday of the 14th, that same week,
what did he learn?
He learned two pieces of information.
China interfered with the election, he knew this,
and January 6th was gonna be a false flag operation
to set up President Trump, all of the MAGA as extremists
so they could be removed forcibly.
That did not happen.
- There were four offices held by US Navy admirals
that were designed to be above cabinet level
on the presidential level.
And according to her,
they were designed to keep things down
to a dull roar on planet Earth.
Remember that, and you can even do studies today
if you do a study on the gold transfers
and what the US Army was doing for the US military
in the Philippines.
It was not, it's still not common knowledge today,
but it was common knowledge in certain groups
that Philippines was essentially a gold bullion bank
in Southern Mindanao.
And so when the retirement office of MacArthur and Company
in 1941, May, he sent everybody home
'cause they knew the Japanese were gonna invade.
And they knew that the US Army had a job
to protect the world's gold bullion there in Mindanao.
So when you see all these things happening
and you find out in conjunction with the gold,
they were also storing uranium,
and they knew it back in 1941.
What the heck were they doing with uranium
in the Philippines in '41?
Well, they were getting ready for Manhattan Project.
They didn't know how to split the atom yet,
but they were getting close.
And if you read up on Oak Ridge Laboratories
and what they did there
and how they compartmentalized everything,
this story starts to make sense,
that they would appoint four admirals
to keep things down to a dull roar,
'cause they knew they were gonna split the atom
and they knew what was coming,
and they wanted to avoid any major nuclear exchange
after the.
And whatever's gonna happen,
if they're gonna blame on Osama bin Laden,
don't you even believe it.
Another social illusion, social engineering project
to change the minds and the attitudes
and the beliefs of the people of the world,
and especially the United States,
to bring about one world socialist totalitarian government.
Hitler was a socialist, he understood social illusion,
he understood social engineering,
he knew how to get the support of the German people,
and he did it by burning down the Reichstag.
The Reichstag was, well, in our country,
it would be the Capitol building
that contains the Senate and the House of Representatives.
So if somebody were to go
and burn down the Capitol building today,
they would use that as an excuse, as Hitler did,
to round up all of the enemies of the new world order,
which would be me and most of you listening,
and throw us into prison or execute us,
declare martial law,
and come to absolute and total power in this country.
- On the day of 9/11, I was watching it.
I'm a demolition expert from SEAL Team 6,
which is like the highest level of operators
in the SEAL Team's Delta equivalent.
So the very, very creme de la creme of the SEAL Team.
So I was part of the demolition group,
and we got incredible high levels of training.
We would train the HRT, hostage rescue team, from the FBI,
because their knowledge was so grand and broad.
So they would come to us for training.
So when I saw on that day the towers collapsing,
I was like, well, somebody got inside and placed explosives.
It's very obvious.
So at first, I'm like, how did terrorists get in there?
And then it didn't take me long,
I think within an hour or two,
after seeing, watching things happening,
that this was a bigger operation.
And a lot of this stuff was manipulated.
The crash in Pennsylvania, the crash into the Pentagon,
was no crash.
It was a rocket, if anything, very, very possibly,
and I believe it was probably some kind of Tomahawk missile
that went in.
And other people have confirmed that as well,
but I never saw any of the wreckage
and all that kind of stuff.
So while I'm watching this, it's like,
this is definitely, we have been infiltrated from within.
And so then you're on the search, well, who did it?
Who was involved?
And that's been my mission,
and that's been my focus in life since that day,
to reveal what I have discovered from that day forward.
And it's this overwhelming information
that that was not planes
that brought those buildings down.
- We have the behavior of the US Patent Office
pre-year 2000 that shows us that 9/11
and all of the sequence of events that came
as a result of 9/11 was really just a catalyst
to drive, again, the hegemony and consolidation
of the globalist warlords concentrated
in the central banking of Western Europe
and the NATO military industrial war alliance,
that complex that Eisenhower told us about.
And 9/11 was just, I think, the most recent iteration
of a nationwide trauma that would allow
for worldwide extraordinary actions.
And the W. Bush administration was essentially set up
for this by the Clinton administration.
I recently saw an interview where a former intelligence
agent, or excuse me, a former economic advisor
that had exposure to the intelligence community,
let me be clear in that,
came out and said that Clinton sort of was outmaneuvered
also by the CIA and H.W. Bush,
and basically told to shut up and do what he was told.
And with the blackmail present with Clinton
and the Clinton family behind the Epstein operation,
and I'm sure much more, it's not a hard logical leap
to see how that would have occurred.
9/11 was the Kennedy assassination done over.
It allowed for the looting of tremendous amounts
of wealth from the United States lawful government.
It allowed for the unleashing of military
and martial law here within the United States of America
with executive order, I believe it was 13224,
under H.W., or excuse me, under W. Bush on 9/23/2001,
which circumvented the congressional prerogative
and purview to declare war and to be the only authority
within the government that decides
to take the nation to war.
And it also allowed for the suspension
of a tremendous amount of the Bill of Rights,
which was codified under an unconscionable piece
of legislation called the Patriot Act.
And it was called that, sort of to put it in our faces,
it had nothing to do with patriotism.
It had everything to do with globalism
and the hegemony of the deep state population,
or depopulation agenda.
- So the anthrax, at first blush, they were like,
well, these terrorists cooked it up in their kitchen
and sent it to congressmen.
These congressmen and women that the letters were sent to
were people that would probably have pushed back
on the Patriot Act.
And so they were given basically a warning.
They eventually found out that the anthrax
came from bio labs in Fort Detrick.
And then they said that one of the scientists there,
or doctors or whatever, had formulated,
and that guy said, I never did that, that's total BS.
And then he commits suicide, or suicided.
- The events of the anthrax release in 9/11.
We later saw the Bush administration utilizing 9/11
to test pathogens throughout the Middle East,
the launch of MRSA, for example,
the perfection of SARS-CoV-1,
the beginning mutational studies as early as 2008, 2009
with SARS-CoV-2, later on codified
with proteolytic cleavage sites
that were added to the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
All of this is documented and provable,
and they talk a lot about their intentions
in various think tank policy releases,
such as the Project for a New American Century,
which essentially outlined NATO hegemony,
worldwide US dollar control,
and worldwide US military police force influence.
And that essentially is empire building,
and right alongside the depopulation agenda
would have allowed for the consolidation
of 10 totalitarian super states,
which has been the Illuminati goal of human civilization
and how that should look post-21st century
for a number of hundreds of years now.
The alliance, they have their signaling
that goes on constantly,
just like the deep state, they have their signaling.
So there's all these signals going on.
There's counter signals to signals and so forth.
But yeah, I think that was,
when I saw him come down the escalator,
I had been waiting for a sign myself.
So for a couple years,
I knew that the United States was deeply compromised,
if something didn't change radically,
the United States was done.
And I was even planning, unfortunately,
to actually leave the United States
'cause I thought it was done.
And then I got, well, something's gonna happen,
so call it intuition, call it,
maybe I'd seen some stuff over time
that kind of led me to believe something was coming,
alliance movement, 'cause I can see things
behind the scenes going on that,
before they're real, before everybody else sees them.
So when Donald Trump came down the escalator
and announced his plans to run for office,
I was like, okay, that is the thing
that I've been waiting for.
I'm staying, I'm gonna keep fighting,
and this is gonna work out in our benefit.
So yeah, I think that was a massive signal.
And they were scared from that date.
- And that was the intent
of the Hillary Clinton presidency,
which was supposed to have happened in 2016.
They were going to finish off, quite literally,
the American population and the resistance
that existed within the American population,
and then utilize that as the springboard
to establish and consolidate
10 totalitarian super states around the world,
dissolving national sovereignty entirely.
And that is and always has been the globalist agenda.
- There will be a surprise outbreak.
- Given, as you heard from the introduction,
that I have been around for a while
and have had the opportunity and the privilege
and the pleasure of serving in five administrations,
I thought I would bring that perspective
to the topic today, is the issue of pandemic preparedness.
And if there's one message that I want to leave
with you today, based on my experience,
and you'll see that in a moment,
is that there is no question
that there will be a challenge,
the coming administration in the arena,
of infectious diseases, both chronic infectious diseases
in the sense of already ongoing disease,
and we have certainly a large burden of that,
but also there will be a surprise outbreak.
- Most people do not know this.
COVID-19 did not start in January 2020.
There were tracks that were laid out long before this.
World War III is not starting
when the nuclear phase of this happens this year, no.
World War III began as a biological attack,
began as a fifth generation warfare information campaign.
But more importantly, Wuhan City was a testing ground
in communist China.
They came out with a new flu shot
for the citizens of Wuhan in August of 2019.
Well, that's interesting.
What was in the flu shot, no one knows.
Was it an mRNA tech precursor
to what would come into America in 2021?
It's hard to say.
But what is interesting is a month later,
in September 18th of 2019, two things happened.
One, the PLA, the Chinese army,
conducted a drill at the Wuhan International Airport
of passengers coming in from Hong Kong,
with one of them sick with what?
Coronavirus, very interesting.
So they would handle that one passenger
and also put the rest in quarantine.
That's pretty interesting.
But even more interesting,
the same day of the 18th of September, what happened?
Fauci happened.
Dr. George Fugao happened.
He was the then director of the Chinese CDC.
Oh, Chris Elias, he happened.
Who is he?
Oh, he was the president
of the Gates Foundation at the time.
And what were they a part of?
Well, they were part of the United Nations new unit.
It was called the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board.
Well, what were they doing?
Well, they published on that day, "A World at Risk."
And in that 48-page document,
what did they tell the world they were gonna do?
They were gonna drill and simulate a live pathogen,
a system-wide, worldwide pathogenic live virus to the world.
Pretty interesting, no?
'Cause then a month later was October 18th.
And that was a very big day.
We had the triple witching hour.
We had the event 201,
which was the simulation of a coronavirus outbreak
coming out of South America
with 65 million virtual people dying.
That was run by the Gates Foundation.
That was run by the World Economic Forum.
And that was also run by John Hopkins University.
So they were the globalists, right?
Telling us exactly what was coming.
And we kind of all were like not aware of it.
But even bigger on that same October 18th day,
what happened?
Well, what happened was the World Military Games
in Wuhan City, a city of 11 million people, happened.
So we had 170-plus countries come into Wuhan
for a two-week Olympic kind of event
surrounded by military games.
But it was also the same day, on the 18th of October,
Wuhan City started up the first 5G city,
basically, in Asia, if not the world.
They turned on 20% of its 10,000 5G antenna arrays.
They would run full capacity by the end of the year.
So put two and two together.
You have a flu shot, which is part A of a binary weapon.
Let's call that the mRNA.
Then you had part B.
Part B is what?
Part B is the EMF that people were being subjected to
in Wuhan who were vaccinated in December of 2019
and the beginning of 2020,
when we started seeing Wuhan citizens
start to fall on the ground, right?
And then end up with white lung and all sorts of stuff.
So that was the virus.
It wasn't a virus.
It was a binary weapon.
It was toxins from some biolab,
probably under Fauci, under Bill Gates,
out of Ukraine, most likely, right?
Or even Fort Detrick into China.
And then the toxins were delivered by the vaccines.
And oh, by the way, then the EMF
were used at a certain frequency to get the people sick.
That was a story that's still not being told to this day
of how it all went down.
- Something was spread around Wuhan.
They don't lie to you.
When they said a virus spread around Wuhan,
remember virus means poison in Latin.
So they spread around probably a contact poison.
This is something that our bioweapons lab was famous for.
The Soviets worked on this.
We worked on it with South African Defense Force a lot,
contact poison.
So you put it around Wuhan and then it gets into people,
but it doesn't make them sick initially.
This is how you control things
to make it look like an outbreak.
And you can make it happen to whatever degree you want
and wherever you want, because it's a two-part poison.
That you get the poison into you
and then you can turn it on with wavelength.
The very first patient that showed up in the Wuhan hospital,
the military hospital on October 19th,
I believe it was, in 2019,
was what that happened the day they turned on the 5G.
So they turned on a specific wavelength.
It's not about 5G per se,
it's about a specific wavelength
that turns on a toxin in the body.
This is called optogenetics.
This is actually what has been worked on
for a very long time.
They're really not doing the genetic insertions
they're talking about.
The father of CRISPR, Feng Zhang,
said we cannot do precise genetic insertions.
We can do genetic knockdown.
So what they're doing is they're creating these,
and his PhD is in optogenetics.
They're creating poisons.
They turn on these poisons.
They can make you sick.
Okay, you think you've got a virus
'cause you're told by the media you've got a virus.
Then they did it in Wuhan.
They did it in Lombardy.
They did it in New York.
And then it was, you know,
through psychological operations
and the flu season and other things,
the winter, then they made people sick.
- There's been some discussion about China
and what they knew and when they knew it.
And I've been very critical.
We need to know immediately.
The world is entitled to know.
The Chinese government was the first to know
of this risk to the world.
And that puts a special obligation to make sure that data,
the data gets to our scientists, our professionals.
This is not about retribution.
This matter's going forward.
We're in a live exercise here to get this right.

that vilified all of the natural medical schools,
the homeopaths, the naturopaths, the osteopaths,
the herbalists, the women's medical schools, and so on.
And they invented the word quack.
And they invented the fact that it was standard
pharmaceutical-based, petroleum-based drugs
that were the gold standard and anyone else was a quack.
So thus began a great deception.
When people started to get cancer,
the same people started the American Cancer Society.
And what you find if you've ever worked
with the American Cancer Society,
they're not interested in curing anything.
- They actually took over scientific publishing.
Scientific publishing, with rare exception, is owned.
All the stuff that you see in PubMed, for example,
that is all owned by the intelligence services.
- So what we did is we brainwashed people over decades
to believe that vaccines were the key to lifelong health.
- That that would tie into broader executive orders
that President Trump outlined during that first presidency,
which absolutely are sting operation orders.
I mean, one of those orders is literally titled
imposing certain sanctions in the event,
in the event of, in the event,
meaning we're anticipating an event of foreign interference
in the United States election.
Tying that in with pandemic finance
and pandemic emergency situations
that were outlined by the CARES Act,
certain constitutional restrictions
that were actually suspended
by the language of the CARES Act.
It makes a lot of sense that all of this
informs a broader continuity of government,
continuity of operations, military administration
of the United States of America
that I believe has been underway since early 2016.

We had an election that was stolen from us.
It was a landslide election, and everyone knows it,
especially the other side.
But you have to go home now.
We have to have peace.
We have to have law and order.
We have to respect our great people in law and order.

I took the Select Committee to court.
They released the video June 9th of 2022,
and I'll never forget.
I will never, ever be able to forget that moment
when I heard those words,
"We now introduce to you the facts and evidence
of January 6th."
To listen to Benny Thompson make that statement
and then watch what proceeded to play on TV after that,
I was in utter shock watching that.
I knew right then, as did others that were experts
on this topic, David Summerall, Gary McBride, et cetera,
the list goes on.
We knew in that moment as it was playing live,
it was so out of kilter that it had been stitched together,
that there was audio added, that there was events taken,
and they made one set of events happen over here
and then immediately played after it.
They used some TV techniques
and movie Hollywood theatrical techniques
by causing the sound to come over from one clip to another,
almost as if a camera has panned to another station
or another area.
And those were anything but true.
Furthermore, if you remember when I took them to task
in the Fifth Circuit here in Texas,
and I filed the case against the select committee,
that case clearly laid out
that they had fraudulently altered timestamps
to serve a purpose.
And this wasn't a minute or two one way or the other, James.
They fraudulently altered these timestamps
by over two hours.
What they've really been doing is co-opting scientists.
It's not so much that they're convincing us
about these things,
is that they convinced doctors and scientists
and people in the university levels
to believe things that simply weren't true.
And they did it because they took over science.
And this is having 5,000, 10,000 years of occult knowledge,
occult just meaning hidden.
So the people we're dealing with
that are running this show,
they have a knowledge that we don't have.
It's very much like your bookie knows the horse is lame
and you don't.
And he might tell his friends,
but he's not gonna tell you
'cause this is how he makes his money.

to exercise their second amendment rights haven't,
that they've actually sat back
and had the courage and the maturity not to.

And what it did was it kindled ancient fears of contagion.
My colleague, Dr. Lee Merritt, did a deep dive
on the Spanish flu of 1918 and found that
that also was a PSYOP and not what you thought.
Millions did not die.
And they were unable to give that flu to others.
They tried swabbing the throats and the mucus and so on.
They couldn't give it to anyone.
It appeared to be more related to the electrification
of the world through the telegram and telegraph
at that particular time.
In other words, things are not what they seem,
but it is a religion.
Vaccines have become a religion.
- Smart hydrogel, smart genetically engineered hydrogel
is something that can react with the 5G
and change its conformation
so that you can create diseases when you want it.
In other words, you put it around,
that's what I talked about.
You put it around, it gets absorbed into the body,
but it doesn't make you sick until you activate it
with a wavelength, again, optogenetics.
So I do believe that's what happened.
That's the two part.
They want a slow kill,
diminution of lifespan to control us.
This is not, they don't wanna kill everybody.
They want a slave race, but I think they want it
in a way, they don't wanna have to pay for Medicare.
They don't wanna have to have people eating off their dime
when we're not productive.
This is just, and they don't want us to know
that they're killing them.
- When you get into the COVID arena
and you start looking at what they actually did
and injecting people with complementary DNA,
you're now in a position where a patented material
is being injected into the estate holders.
And so the question could be raised by the patent holders
as to who holds even equitable title to the human bodies.
- It's put into a motion, a series and sequence of events
that have yielded massive sting operations.
The largest sting operations coordinated, I believe,
that have ever happened in human history.
I recently put out an audio broadcast
where I discussed how DHS, a US homeland agency,
has been engaged in the destruction
of international human and child trafficking rings
since 2018 and has put out more than several hundred
releases discussing in excruciating detail
these arrests and these networks
and how they were targeted and who was involved.
And often that includes federal police forces
and other nations.
Interpol shows up in a lot of these police,
or excuse me, a lot of these press releases.
And when we tie that back to a suspension of normality
here in the United States of America
that allows for an expanded authority for law enforcement
and for military operations to occur,
it makes a lot, again, it makes a lot of sense.
- So I think the sting, the ambush was triggered.
There's a lot of people that have been,
I think, probably removed,
or are there now working for the alliance,
whether they like it or not.
And that's been an ongoing process.
I've seen these happen overseas.
When I did the Iraq, when we did the Iraq invasion,
I was there very shortly after that,
on the Ambassador Brimmer detail, protecting him.
But this was just not very long after I had left
the SEAL team, so I still had connections.
And all my buddies were giving me insights
of how things were actually being,
rolling in the background, how the deck of cards,
all those guys were being rounded up
in the middle of the night.
Very, very no fanfare, so they just come out and say,
"Well, these are the numbers on the card.
"We've taken down 13 or 14 of 'em."
And I knew a lot of those guys had been taken down
by my buddies and so forth.
So I feel those operations are ongoing now.
So it's very, very important to allow people
to disclose what they're doing.
And I think that's what they wanted.
The 2020 election was won by Trump.
No one in their right mind discounts that.
But why?
Well, why would they do that?
There's only one reason why,
and that's to basically set up a lot of people.
And I think that's what happened in 2022.
It's just an ongoing process.
More and more people are being disclosed and revealed
and wrapped up as time goes on.

And the globalists are very adept at making us think
that we have a part to play
in a bilateral or trilateral conflict,
which is sort of the standard model
we've been taught over the last 100 to 125 years or so,
and it's just simply not the case.
Every war since Napoleon has been financed
and spawned off, fomented,
by the exact same power class at the very top of society
that then invests itself,
both militarily and financially,
and to some degree politically, in all sides,
to ensure that no matter the outcome,
the globalist agenda and that Illuminati march
towards the end of civilization as we know it, continues.
So World War II is no different
in that particular template form.
Harry Truman actually signed an order of surrender
on behalf of the United States of America.
If I'm not mistaken,
that order of surrender was signed immediately
before the public optics of the Allied victory
and the capitulation, not only of Nazi Germany in May,
but also Japan later in the year.
And the reason for that order of surrender
was because the United States military,
throughout their espionage spy network,
had managed to isolate details
about the Nazis' involvement,
not only in secret space technologies,
very, very advanced technology and research designs,
but also their contacting and their alliance,
an emerging alliance, in late 1943.
In 1930, the Bank for International Settlements, BIS,
was established as a hub for the world's central banks,
originally conceived to facilitate
Germany's World War I reparations
under the Treaty of Versailles.
Yet, as history unfolded, this institution,
like many others founded with noble intentions,
became a key player in the global financial chess game.
By the end of the decade, BIS found itself entangled
in the murky waters of international conflict,
financing both sides of a new war.
Figures such as Prescott Bush
and prominent Wall Street titans
were implicated in fueling the Nazi war machine,
revealing the dark underbelly of global finance.
In the aftermath of World War II,
the influence of the BIS expanded dramatically,
consolidating power for the elites
and laying the groundwork
for the future One World Government.
- A number of the different individuals from NAZ,
from the Nazi German government,
became chief of staff for NATO,
ambassadors or secretaries to the UN,
heads of very advanced universities,
or excuse me, very well-known universities
here in the United States of America.
And that infiltration sort of kept going
in a familial sense, again,
directed by that globalist cult at the very top.
For a number of decades,
and we had individuals that tried to warn us
throughout that period of time,
throughout the 20th century.
We had President Eisenhower tell us
sort of at the last closing bell,
last call, if you will, of his presidency,
what the true threat to the world
and to American republicanism really was.
John F. Kennedy later discussed destroying the CIA.
He was sort of neutered by the CIA
and outmaneuvered by them with the Bay of Pigs fiasco.
Kennedy attempted to remove
the globalist financial control
that was established in 1913 by the Federal Reserve.
And of course he was shot for it.
And then we have Ronald Reagan,
another good example of someone
who attempted to do the right thing in the early days,
but again, was neutered.
- In 1930s Germany, the British aristocracy,
through the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations,
collaborated with the Nazis on mind control projects.
These range from Heinrich Himmler's Lebensborn program,
aimed at breeding an Aryan super race,
to Dr. Josef Mengele's mind torture experiments at Auschwitz.
Himmler, driven by pagan rituals
and steeped in occult knowledge,
sought to create a 200 million strong army of super soldiers.
These soldiers would be impervious to pain,
devoid of moral barriers,
and possess enhanced strength, stamina, and mental acuity.
Himmler also masterminded the plan for the final solution.
By the end of World War II,
Himmler and Mengele's paths diverged.
Hitler stripped Himmler of all military power
upon discovering his lieutenant's attempt
to negotiate a peace deal with the allies.
This failed attempt led Himmler to commit suicide.
Dr. Josef Mengele, known as the Angel of Death,
continued his work and spearheaded Project Monarch
and its mind slaves program.
Despite being on the list of wanted Nazi scientists,
the Dulles brothers smuggled Mengele
and other Nazi scientists into the United States
outside the purview of Operation Paperclip.
Although the CIA's MKUltra program
officially launched in 1953,
mind control experiments on American men and women
began in 1945 under various project and subproject names.
Emerging from the MKUltra program,
which encompassed over 149 subprojects,
the CIA launched Operation Spellbinder
to create black Manchurian candidates and sleeper assassins.
- Operation Paperclip,
I think that had been going on for long before
we thought it was or we're told it was.
Anytime they reveal anything to us,
you can bet that it's already a bigger operation
that's been implemented and somebody discovered
or they decided to release a little bit of kernel of truth
to give them, you know, oh, well, we gave you something.
So we're not doing that anymore.
- First of all, there's a lot of misunderstanding
about Operation Paperclip.
They would have you believe that that was all about
Werner von Braun and the rocket guys.
You know, they always, if you look up Operation Paperclip,
it always shows you the same picture of von Braun.
They've taken him out of his Nazi uniform
and his SS uniform, and now he's got his arms crossed.
He's getting a nice suit and behind him
are all these engineers.
But in point of fact, the biggest push was to get chemists
and specifically vaccine chemists.
Germany had a long history of biologic warfare research
and this didn't start with Operation Paperclip
and our back and forth with them
did not start with Operation Paperclip.
So what that was really was a way that the government
could justify bringing the knowledge that they had
into our country for more work.
In other words, really what happened after World War II,
we didn't really win the war the way we thought we did.
We may have won it with the Russians, quite frankly,
the Soviets lost so many people fighting that war
and we don't give them credit, but they did it.
We funded them, but they did a lot of it.
And what we have to realize is that we brought their tech,
we brought the Bormann Org, which was the,
they called it the camaraderie,
the camaraderie work or something like that.
It was basically an organization to take the Third Reich
to be the Fourth Reich overseas.
- The K is Kontroll, which is a German word.
And that is something that we've seen in a lot of,
Fort Detrick had MKUltra operations that's been revealed.
There's been a lot of it going on.
You can see it, I've seen it overseas
and in the United States.
Probably all of us have been exposed to MKUltra programming
to a certain extent.
The school system, I think has a lot of it.
Definitely the college system has it
on a more massive scale at this point, unfortunately.
But it is indoctrinated everywhere.
The medical community is most definitely MKUltra
and on and on.
Military units, groups are MKUltra.
So once you start to understand the process
and how they basically are controlling information
and what happens to your brain
when you're like you discover something
and then your brain wants to shut down.
- Every word secrecy is repugnant
in a free and open society.
And we are as a people inherently and historically
opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths
and to secret proceedings.
In the councils of government,
we must guard against the acquisition
of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought
by the military industrial complex.
- We shall propose further cooperative efforts
between all the nations in weather prediction
and eventually in weather control.
- Jack Kennedy should have broken up the CIA
and not said he was gonna do it.
The mistake was to say he was gonna do it
before he did it.
He should have just broken it up
and it should be done again today.
My basic solution for the federal government
is into a civil service is to move it all out
to the Mojave Desert or Death Valley,
give them all the sun and solar and wind energy they want,
put them in Quonset huts, let them go out there
if they want to keep their jobs.
The only way you can get rid of this federal government
is to move it.
The doctors say he was hit from the front,
a throat wound, which they saw.
They saw the back of the head blown away, an exit wound.
Doctor said several times he was shot from the front.
This is the meticulous nature of the work
that Dr. Mantic did.
So you can see this is his notes.
All of these are optical density measurements.
And he can tell where the back part of the head
was blown out.
By the way, here's the white patch
that was imposed as a fake.
So they took the original and they put a mask over this
so you couldn't see what was under it
and took the x-ray that's in the archives as a copy.
Because if the doctors were right,
all of this was a lot of blowout of brain
and skull would have been seen through here
'cause it was a big furrow through all of this.
They mask that to eliminate the evidence of the shot
that hit from the ear and blew out all of this.
Instead, they intensify the front.
They want to say ultimately one bullet
hit the back of Jack Kennedy's head
and blew out the front and that was it.
- In August 1977, the 95th US Congress held hearings
on the CIA's top secret MK Ultra program,
investigating allegations of ritual abuse.
Despite the agency's claims
of halting the mind control experiments in 1973,
this was far from the truth.
By 1981, Kathy O'Brien, a monarch mind control slave,
was forced by her Illuminati handlers
to participate in two internal educational films,
How to Divide a Personality and How to Create a Sex Slave.
Seven years later, she was rescued by a CIA agent
from a planned ritual sacrifice at Bohemian Grove.
According to US Army intelligence officer,
MK Michael, the successor to Dr. Joseph Mengele,
known as Dr. Green, had a chilling objective,
to create an army of 16 million mind controlled subjects
by the 1980s.
By mid decade, the goal had more than tripled,
encompassing a wide range of individuals
from doctors and lawyers to athletes and celebrities.
Simultaneously, the United Nations and the Club of Rome
published reports aiming to reduce humanity
to mere code numbers,
attributing global warming to overpopulation.
As Agenda 21 gained traction,
the CIA subjected millions of children
to satanic ritual abuse,
shattering young minds through extreme methods.
The growing number of MK Ultra failures
highlighted the ongoing nature of these sinister programs.
Consequently, the mental health industry
introduced new diagnoses like,
Multiple Personality Disorder, MPD,
and later Dissociative Identity Disorder, DID,
to describe the shattered psyches of the victims.
Despite this, government health agencies
downplayed the prevalence and origins of these disorders.
The 1992 Dr. Greenbaum speech titled,
Hypnosis and MPD Ritual Abuse,
exposed the dark experiments on children
and military personnel.
While many monarch victims were discarded,
the number of black Manchurian super soldiers surged.
These individuals embedded in society
await activation to carry out the Antichrist command
to massacre Christians.
Whether the Antichrist is a person
or a sophisticated psyop from Project Blue Beam,
the black awakening will be triggered
by its emergence for all to see.
- When I was in the CIA,
there were those of us that could spot the bad actors.
It was fairly easy to spot them.
I think every organization has good actors in it.
Most of us that are in those organizations are good actors.
In the CIA, FBI, you name it.
I don't know about the health departments and so forth,
but probably from the way things work,
because they use that as a front to hide behind.
So they have these good operations that are going on.
Most of the people like myself
are in compartmentalized organizations
where you can't see outside your, normally,
can't see outside your little compartmented box.
- I arranged a meeting and wrote back and forth
and then got phone calls actually
with the J1 Adjutant's secretary
and arranged a meeting for the end of January
of the year 2000.
So there were five of us that actually flew
to Washington DC and met with the J1 Adjutant
to the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
And he was a full bird colonel, Air Force at the time,
if memory serves.
And we met there at the Pentagon
and he knew exactly why we were there,
which for me was, you know, I'm kind of watching this thing
like, is this real?
Is this recognized?
Some kind of a stupid game?
What is this?
So what are we really doing here?
I want to find out if this is real or not.
So not only does the J1 Adjutant,
the Joint Chiefs of Staff confirm
that what we're doing is real,
but it's legal, lawful and correct
that we're re-seating the vacant offices
of the Constitutional Republic
and that the corporation has simply been operating things
for the last hundred plus years.
He said, I told you a year ago
that what you're doing is correct.
It's legally, lawfully incorrect
and that eventually we'll have to follow your orders.
But in the meantime, there will not be a coup.
It's not going to happen.
And the conversion from the corporate municipal law form
to back to the Constitutional Republic
is going to take a lot longer
than you guys think it's going to take.
The thing that really struck me was that he said,
there is a field manual that's been drafted
by the US Army to reconstitute the Republic
and that they're going to walk that op plan out in lockstep.
There's not going to be any funny business.
There's not going to be any coup attempt.
They didn't say there wouldn't be a civil war,
but they implied they would do everything they could
to keep things peaceful as possible.
On Friday, December 18th, 2020,
45 days after the election coup
of the presidency of the United States,
President Donald Trump was expecting the DNI report
per his executive order from September 12th, 2018,
executive order number 13848.
They owed a report.
All the intelligence agencies owed a report
to the president of the United States.
He did not receive it.
That night in the overall office,
President Trump entertained some non-cabinet advisors,
some friends who tried to cajole him,
persuade him, get him to sign the Insurrection Act.
Trump actually enjoyed the kind of fireworks
and argument back and forth about why and why not.
President Trump would never sign the Insurrection Act.
Why?
Because he had a couple of pieces of information
that those in his overall office did not have,
including a three-star general.
Number one, the ex-Marine who went to visit
the J1 adjutant of the Joint Chiefs of Staff
in the Pentagon in 2000
with four other members of the military,
what did they learn?
They learned that the field manual was the plan.
The plan was to install
the Republic of the United States Constitution,
the original Constitution,
but they were told it would take longer than they thought
and it had two conditions, no coup, no civil war.
So had Trump signed the Insurrection Act,
it would have broken both conditions.
Those in his overall office that night didn't know that.
But President Trump also had the presidential daily brief.
And the Monday of the 14th, that same week,
what did he learn?
He learned two pieces of information.
China interfered with the election, he knew this,
and January 6th was gonna be a false flag operation
to set up President Trump, all of the MAGA as extremists
so they could be removed forcibly.
That did not happen.
- There were four offices held by US Navy admirals
that were designed to be above cabinet level
on the presidential level.
And according to her,
they were designed to keep things down
to a dull roar on planet Earth.
Remember that, and you can even do studies today
if you do a study on the gold transfers
and what the US Army was doing for the US military
in the Philippines.
It was not, it's still not common knowledge today,
but it was common knowledge in certain groups
that Philippines was essentially a gold bullion bank
in Southern Mindanao.
And so when the retirement office of MacArthur and Company
in 1941, May, he sent everybody home
'cause they knew the Japanese were gonna invade.
And they knew that the US Army had a job
to protect the world's gold bullion there in Mindanao.
So when you see all these things happening
and you find out in conjunction with the gold,
they were also storing uranium,
and they knew it back in 1941.
What the heck were they doing with uranium
in the Philippines in '41?
Well, they were getting ready for Manhattan Project.
They didn't know how to split the atom yet,
but they were getting close.
And if you read up on Oak Ridge Laboratories
and what they did there
and how they compartmentalized everything,
this story starts to make sense,
that they would appoint four admirals
to keep things down to a dull roar,
'cause they knew they were gonna split the atom
and they knew what was coming,
and they wanted to avoid any major nuclear exchange
after the.
And whatever's gonna happen,
if they're gonna blame on Osama bin Laden,
don't you even believe it.
Another social illusion, social engineering project
to change the minds and the attitudes
and the beliefs of the people of the world,
and especially the United States,
to bring about one world socialist totalitarian government.
Hitler was a socialist, he understood social illusion,
he understood social engineering,
he knew how to get the support of the German people,
and he did it by burning down the Reichstag.
The Reichstag was, well, in our country,
it would be the Capitol building
that contains the Senate and the House of Representatives.
So if somebody were to go
and burn down the Capitol building today,
they would use that as an excuse, as Hitler did,
to round up all of the enemies of the new world order,
which would be me and most of you listening,
and throw us into prison or execute us,
declare martial law,
and come to absolute and total power in this country.
- On the day of 9/11, I was watching it.
I'm a demolition expert from SEAL Team 6,
which is like the highest level of operators
in the SEAL Team's Delta equivalent.
So the very, very creme de la creme of the SEAL Team.
So I was part of the demolition group,
and we got incredible high levels of training.
We would train the HRT, hostage rescue team, from the FBI,
because their knowledge was so grand and broad.
So they would come to us for training.
So when I saw on that day the towers collapsing,
I was like, well, somebody got inside and placed explosives.
It's very obvious.
So at first, I'm like, how did terrorists get in there?
And then it didn't take me long,
I think within an hour or two,
after seeing, watching things happening,
that this was a bigger operation.
And a lot of this stuff was manipulated.
The crash in Pennsylvania, the crash into the Pentagon,
was no crash.
It was a rocket, if anything, very, very possibly,
and I believe it was probably some kind of Tomahawk missile
that went in.
And other people have confirmed that as well,
but I never saw any of the wreckage
and all that kind of stuff.
So while I'm watching this, it's like,
this is definitely, we have been infiltrated from within.
And so then you're on the search, well, who did it?
Who was involved?
And that's been my mission,
and that's been my focus in life since that day,
to reveal what I have discovered from that day forward.
And it's this overwhelming information
that that was not planes
that brought those buildings down.
- We have the behavior of the US Patent Office
pre-year 2000 that shows us that 9/11
and all of the sequence of events that came
as a result of 9/11 was really just a catalyst
to drive, again, the hegemony and consolidation
of the globalist warlords concentrated
in the central banking of Western Europe
and the NATO military industrial war alliance,
that complex that Eisenhower told us about.
And 9/11 was just, I think, the most recent iteration
of a nationwide trauma that would allow
for worldwide extraordinary actions.
And the W. Bush administration was essentially set up
for this by the Clinton administration.
I recently saw an interview where a former intelligence
agent, or excuse me, a former economic advisor
that had exposure to the intelligence community,
let me be clear in that,
came out and said that Clinton sort of was outmaneuvered
also by the CIA and H.W. Bush,
and basically told to shut up and do what he was told.
And with the blackmail present with Clinton
and the Clinton family behind the Epstein operation,
and I'm sure much more, it's not a hard logical leap
to see how that would have occurred.
9/11 was the Kennedy assassination done over.
It allowed for the looting of tremendous amounts
of wealth from the United States lawful government.
It allowed for the unleashing of military
and martial law here within the United States of America
with executive order, I believe it was 13224,
under H.W., or excuse me, under W. Bush on 9/23/2001,
which circumvented the congressional prerogative
and purview to declare war and to be the only authority
within the government that decides
to take the nation to war.
And it also allowed for the suspension
of a tremendous amount of the Bill of Rights,
which was codified under an unconscionable piece
of legislation called the Patriot Act.
And it was called that, sort of to put it in our faces,
it had nothing to do with patriotism.
It had everything to do with globalism
and the hegemony of the deep state population,
or depopulation agenda.
- So the anthrax, at first blush, they were like,
well, these terrorists cooked it up in their kitchen
and sent it to congressmen.
These congressmen and women that the letters were sent to
were people that would probably have pushed back
on the Patriot Act.
And so they were given basically a warning.
They eventually found out that the anthrax
came from bio labs in Fort Detrick.
And then they said that one of the scientists there,
or doctors or whatever, had formulated,
and that guy said, I never did that, that's total BS.
And then he commits suicide, or suicided.
- The events of the anthrax release in 9/11.
We later saw the Bush administration utilizing 9/11
to test pathogens throughout the Middle East,
the launch of MRSA, for example,
the perfection of SARS-CoV-1,
the beginning mutational studies as early as 2008, 2009
with SARS-CoV-2, later on codified
with proteolytic cleavage sites
that were added to the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
All of this is documented and provable,
and they talk a lot about their intentions
in various think tank policy releases,
such as the Project for a New American Century,
which essentially outlined NATO hegemony,
worldwide US dollar control,
and worldwide US military police force influence.
And that essentially is empire building,
and right alongside the depopulation agenda
would have allowed for the consolidation
of 10 totalitarian super states,
which has been the Illuminati goal of human civilization
and how that should look post-21st century
for a number of hundreds of years now.
The alliance, they have their signaling
that goes on constantly,
just like the deep state, they have their signaling.
So there's all these signals going on.
There's counter signals to signals and so forth.
But yeah, I think that was,
when I saw him come down the escalator,
I had been waiting for a sign myself.
So for a couple years,
I knew that the United States was deeply compromised,
if something didn't change radically,
the United States was done.
And I was even planning, unfortunately,
to actually leave the United States
'cause I thought it was done.
And then I got, well, something's gonna happen,
so call it intuition, call it,
maybe I'd seen some stuff over time
that kind of led me to believe something was coming,
alliance movement, 'cause I can see things
behind the scenes going on that,
before they're real, before everybody else sees them.
So when Donald Trump came down the escalator
and announced his plans to run for office,
I was like, okay, that is the thing
that I've been waiting for.
I'm staying, I'm gonna keep fighting,
and this is gonna work out in our benefit.
So yeah, I think that was a massive signal.
And they were scared from that date.
- And that was the intent
of the Hillary Clinton presidency,
which was supposed to have happened in 2016.
They were going to finish off, quite literally,
the American population and the resistance
that existed within the American population,
and then utilize that as the springboard
to establish and consolidate
10 totalitarian super states around the world,
dissolving national sovereignty entirely.
And that is and always has been the globalist agenda.
- There will be a surprise outbreak.
- Given, as you heard from the introduction,
that I have been around for a while
and have had the opportunity and the privilege
and the pleasure of serving in five administrations,
I thought I would bring that perspective
to the topic today, is the issue of pandemic preparedness.
And if there's one message that I want to leave
with you today, based on my experience,
and you'll see that in a moment,
is that there is no question
that there will be a challenge,
the coming administration in the arena,
of infectious diseases, both chronic infectious diseases
in the sense of already ongoing disease,
and we have certainly a large burden of that,
but also there will be a surprise outbreak.
- Most people do not know this.
COVID-19 did not start in January 2020.
There were tracks that were laid out long before this.
World War III is not starting
when the nuclear phase of this happens this year, no.
World War III began as a biological attack,
began as a fifth generation warfare information campaign.
But more importantly, Wuhan City was a testing ground
in communist China.
They came out with a new flu shot
for the citizens of Wuhan in August of 2019.
Well, that's interesting.
What was in the flu shot, no one knows.
Was it an mRNA tech precursor
to what would come into America in 2021?
It's hard to say.
But what is interesting is a month later,
in September 18th of 2019, two things happened.
One, the PLA, the Chinese army,
conducted a drill at the Wuhan International Airport
of passengers coming in from Hong Kong,
with one of them sick with what?
Coronavirus, very interesting.
So they would handle that one passenger
and also put the rest in quarantine.
That's pretty interesting.
But even more interesting,
the same day of the 18th of September, what happened?
Fauci happened.
Dr. George Fugao happened.
He was the then director of the Chinese CDC.
Oh, Chris Elias, he happened.
Who is he?
Oh, he was the president
of the Gates Foundation at the time.
And what were they a part of?
Well, they were part of the United Nations new unit.
It was called the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board.
Well, what were they doing?
Well, they published on that day, "A World at Risk."
And in that 48-page document,
what did they tell the world they were gonna do?
They were gonna drill and simulate a live pathogen,
a system-wide, worldwide pathogenic live virus to the world.
Pretty interesting, no?
'Cause then a month later was October 18th.
And that was a very big day.
We had the triple witching hour.
We had the event 201,
which was the simulation of a coronavirus outbreak
coming out of South America
with 65 million virtual people dying.
That was run by the Gates Foundation.
That was run by the World Economic Forum.
And that was also run by John Hopkins University.
So they were the globalists, right?
Telling us exactly what was coming.
And we kind of all were like not aware of it.
But even bigger on that same October 18th day,
what happened?
Well, what happened was the World Military Games
in Wuhan City, a city of 11 million people, happened.
So we had 170-plus countries come into Wuhan
for a two-week Olympic kind of event
surrounded by military games.
But it was also the same day, on the 18th of October,
Wuhan City started up the first 5G city,
basically, in Asia, if not the world.
They turned on 20% of its 10,000 5G antenna arrays.
They would run full capacity by the end of the year.
So put two and two together.
You have a flu shot, which is part A of a binary weapon.
Let's call that the mRNA.
Then you had part B.
Part B is what?
Part B is the EMF that people were being subjected to
in Wuhan who were vaccinated in December of 2019
and the beginning of 2020,
when we started seeing Wuhan citizens
start to fall on the ground, right?
And then end up with white lung and all sorts of stuff.
So that was the virus.
It wasn't a virus.
It was a binary weapon.
It was toxins from some biolab,
probably under Fauci, under Bill Gates,
out of Ukraine, most likely, right?
Or even Fort Detrick into China.
And then the toxins were delivered by the vaccines.
And oh, by the way, then the EMF
were used at a certain frequency to get the people sick.
That was a story that's still not being told to this day
of how it all went down.
- Something was spread around Wuhan.
They don't lie to you.
When they said a virus spread around Wuhan,
remember virus means poison in Latin.
So they spread around probably a contact poison.
This is something that our bioweapons lab was famous for.
The Soviets worked on this.
We worked on it with South African Defense Force a lot,
contact poison.
So you put it around Wuhan and then it gets into people,
but it doesn't make them sick initially.
This is how you control things
to make it look like an outbreak.
And you can make it happen to whatever degree you want
and wherever you want, because it's a two-part poison.
That you get the poison into you
and then you can turn it on with wavelength.
The very first patient that showed up in the Wuhan hospital,
the military hospital on October 19th,
I believe it was, in 2019,
was what that happened the day they turned on the 5G.
So they turned on a specific wavelength.
It's not about 5G per se,
it's about a specific wavelength
that turns on a toxin in the body.
This is called optogenetics.
This is actually what has been worked on
for a very long time.
They're really not doing the genetic insertions
they're talking about.
The father of CRISPR, Feng Zhang,
said we cannot do precise genetic insertions.
We can do genetic knockdown.
So what they're doing is they're creating these,
and his PhD is in optogenetics.
They're creating poisons.
They turn on these poisons.
They can make you sick.
Okay, you think you've got a virus
'cause you're told by the media you've got a virus.
Then they did it in Wuhan.
They did it in Lombardy.
They did it in New York.
And then it was, you know,
through psychological operations
and the flu season and other things,
the winter, then they made people sick.
- There's been some discussion about China
and what they knew and when they knew it.
And I've been very critical.
We need to know immediately.
The world is entitled to know.
The Chinese government was the first to know
of this risk to the world.
And that puts a special obligation to make sure that data,
the data gets to our scientists, our professionals.
This is not about retribution.
This matter's going forward.
We're in a live exercise here to get this right.

that vilified all of the natural medical schools,
the homeopaths, the naturopaths, the osteopaths,
the herbalists, the women's medical schools, and so on.
And they invented the word quack.
And they invented the fact that it was standard

that were the gold standard and anyone else was a quack.
So thus began a great deception.
When people started to get cancer,
the same people started the American Cancer Society.
And what you find if you've ever worked
with the American Cancer Society,
they're not interested in curing anything.
- They actually took over scientific publishing.
Scientific publishing, with rare exception, is owned.
All the stuff that you see in PubMed, for example,
that is all owned by the intelligence services.
- So what we did is we brainwashed people over decades
to believe that vaccines were the key to lifelong health.
- That that would tie into broader executive orders
that President Trump outlined during that first presidency,
which absolutely are sting operation orders.
I mean, one of those orders is literally titled
imposing certain sanctions in the event,
in the event of, in the event,
meaning we're anticipating an event of foreign interference
in the United States election.
Tying that in with pandemic finance
and pandemic emergency situations
that were outlined by the CARES Act,
certain constitutional restrictions
that were actually suspended
by the language of the CARES Act.
It makes a lot of sense that all of this
informs a broader continuity of government,
continuity of operations, military administration
of the United States of America
that I believe has been underway since early 2016.

We had an election that was stolen from us.
It was a landslide election, and everyone knows it,
especially the other side.
But you have to go home now.
We have to have peace.
We have to have law and order.
We have to respect our great people in law and order.
We don't want anybody hurt.

when they've already breached the inaugural stuff,

Why weren't the National Guard there to begin with?
- If you remember in 2022,
I took the Select Committee to court.
They released the video June 9th of 2022,
and I'll never forget.
I will never, ever be able to forget that moment
when I heard those words,
"We now introduce to you the facts and evidence
of January 6th."
To listen to Benny Thompson make that statement
and then watch what proceeded to play on TV after that,
I was in utter shock watching that.
I knew right then, as did others that were experts
on this topic, David Summerall, Gary McBride, et cetera,
the list goes on.
We knew in that moment as it was playing live,
it was so out of kilter that it had been stitched together,
that there was audio added, that there was events taken,
and they made one set of events happen over here
and then immediately played after it.
They used some TV techniques
and movie Hollywood theatrical techniques
by causing the sound to come over from one clip to another,
almost as if a camera has panned to another station
or another area.
And those were anything but true.
Furthermore, if you remember when I took them to task
in the Fifth Circuit here in Texas,
and I filed the case against the select committee,
that case clearly laid out
that they had fraudulently altered timestamps
to serve a purpose.
And this wasn't a minute or two one way or the other, James.
They fraudulently altered these timestamps
by over two hours.
What they've really been doing is co-opting scientists.
It's not so much that they're convincing us
about these things,
is that they convinced doctors and scientists
and people in the university levels
to believe things that simply weren't true.
And they did it because they took over science.
And this is having 5,000, 10,000 years of occult knowledge,
occult just meaning hidden.
So the people we're dealing with
that are running this show,
they have a knowledge that we don't have.
It's very much like your bookie knows the horse is lame
and you don't.
And he might tell his friends,
but he's not gonna tell you
'cause this is how he makes his money.

and I really should just say dark side
'cause there's light side, dark side.
This is not a left, right fight.
This is a light side, dark side, freedom versus tyranny.
You have life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness
in the Declaration of Independence.
The opposite of that is death, tyranny, and bondage.
So on one side, you got death, tyranny, and bondage
and those who wanna start a fight.
I'm amazed that people who are able
to exercise their second amendment rights haven't,
that they've actually sat back
and had the courage and the maturity not to.

And I'm glad that this team and me are here
for this horrible thing.
I mean, it's, a number of people have said it,
but, and I feel it, actually.
I'm a wartime president.
This is a war.
This is a war, different kind of a war than we've ever had.
I wanna say that I know
that this is a challenging time for all Americans.
We're enduring a great national trial
and we will prove that we can meet the moment.
I wanna assure the American people
that we're doing everything we can each day
to confront and ultimately defeat
this horrible, invisible enemy.
- So what we did is we locked down the entire planet
over something that you couldn't see and you didn't know.
And what it did was it kindled ancient fears of contagion.
My colleague, Dr. Lee Merritt, did a deep dive
on the Spanish flu of 1918 and found that
that also was a PSYOP and not what you thought.
Millions did not die.
And they were unable to give that flu to others.
They tried swabbing the throats and the mucus and so on.
They couldn't give it to anyone.
It appeared to be more related to the electrification
of the world through the telegram and telegraph
at that particular time.
In other words, things are not what they seem,
but it is a religion.
Vaccines have become a religion.
- Smart hydrogel, smart genetically engineered hydrogel
is something that can react with the 5G
and change its conformation
so that you can create diseases when you want it.
In other words, you put it around,
that's what I talked about.
You put it around, it gets absorbed into the body,
but it doesn't make you sick until you activate it
with a wavelength, again, optogenetics.
So I do believe that's what happened.
That's the two part.
They want a slow kill,
diminution of lifespan to control us.
This is not, they don't wanna kill everybody.
They want a slave race, but I think they want it
in a way, they don't wanna have to pay for Medicare.
They don't wanna have to have people eating off their dime
when we're not productive.
This is just, and they don't want us to know
that they're killing them.
- When you get into the COVID arena
and you start looking at what they actually did
and injecting people with complementary DNA,
you're now in a position where a patented material
is being injected into the estate holders.
And so the question could be raised by the patent holders
as to who holds even equitable title to the human bodies.
- It's put into a motion, a series and sequence of events
that have yielded massive sting operations.
The largest sting operations coordinated, I believe,
that have ever happened in human history.
I recently put out an audio broadcast
where I discussed how DHS, a US homeland agency,
has been engaged in the destruction
of international human and child trafficking rings
since 2018 and has put out more than several hundred
releases discussing in excruciating detail
these arrests and these networks
and how they were targeted and who was involved.
And often that includes federal police forces
and other nations.
Interpol shows up in a lot of these police,
or excuse me, a lot of these press releases.
And when we tie that back to a suspension of normality
here in the United States of America
that allows for an expanded authority for law enforcement
and for military operations to occur,
it makes a lot, again, it makes a lot of sense.
- So I think the sting, the ambush was triggered.
There's a lot of people that have been,
I think, probably removed,
or are there now working for the alliance,
whether they like it or not.
And that's been an ongoing process.
I've seen these happen overseas.
When I did the Iraq, when we did the Iraq invasion,
I was there very shortly after that,
on the Ambassador Brimmer detail, protecting him.
But this was just not very long after I had left
the SEAL team, so I still had connections.
And all my buddies were giving me insights
of how things were actually being,
rolling in the background, how the deck of cards,
all those guys were being rounded up
in the middle of the night.
Very, very no fanfare, so they just come out and say,
"Well, these are the numbers on the card.
"We've taken down 13 or 14 of 'em."
And I knew a lot of those guys had been taken down
by my buddies and so forth.
So I feel those operations are ongoing now.
So it's very, very important to allow people
to disclose what they're doing.
And I think that's what they wanted.
The 2020 election was won by Trump.
No one in their right mind discounts that.
But why?
Well, why would they do that?
There's only one reason why,
and that's to basically set up a lot of people.
And I think that's what happened in 2022.
It's just an ongoing process.
More and more people are being disclosed and revealed
and wrapped up as time goes on.
