Stewart's facts on weightloss are bogus
#1
'Insulation'.. 'eating hodfudge sundaes all day long and being thin as a rail'

Those suck and doesn't explain why Stewie himself is a fatass
EDIT: iN the title I meant on, not one

Is there anyone who has had success in any way, with Stewart?

Has anyone really seen a t-bar?

I personally don't know anyone that has success with stew and a lot of those glowing testimonies posted in the Q&A were written by him. Glowing testimonies is a common business trick to fool people.

Stewart says everything is mindpatterns. He said one time that he gets great gas mileage because of his mindpatterns.

Do you really think the fuel injectors in his Hummer sprays less gasoline into his motor because he has good mind patterns? Or maybe his mindpatterns manifests more gasoline out of the nonphysical realms.

I hate expansions

I agree they are obsessed with mind patterns. I think it's funny and sad that a lot of his cult members act so helpless and write to him constantly about the mind patterns behind stuff. Like Dear stew, my big toe was hurting me today, what is the mind pattern behind that? I saw a squirrel run up a tree, what is the mind pattern behind that? It just goes on and on with stupid questions.

Stewart is just lying, about many things. It's much easier that way.

Like his hair. He was bragging that he saved it using his mind pattern or what, when in reality, he is almost bald as an egg.

And it's because of his genetics. Khazarian.

Regarding losing fat, the only effective way would be to eat uncooked raw foods. Cooked food is probably main reason for getting fat with ages. It creates inflammation within digestive system.

Also all processed foods, especially those with processed wheat bran.

And artificial and processed sugars, of course.
