It seems that way. But I will say that the cloning that has been going on since the 1950's is not something that has ever been released to the public and most conspiracy theorists are completely unaware and/or ignorant of it.

I agree with you about the void/vacuum.
But this is a different type of cloning. It's much more advanced and instantaneous. There's no way they would let anyone know about it. It's something you have to figure out by yourself.
