The media has been filled with reports on the Swine Flu. On June 11, 2009, the World Health Organization upgraded the alert status from epidemic to pandemic (CNN.com). We ran a series of searches on Swine Flu and Mexican Plague, as it is being called in Israel. We searched for two spellings of each term. Only one of the four resulted in a finding. We later discovered a 666 code intersecting the Swine Flu code. Nathan Jacobi, Ph.D., parsed and translated the codes.






Immediately, we were struck by the parallel of this Bible code with the first two chapters of the Book of Job. Who but the Prince of demons would love the aroma of the Swine Flu? Who but Satan would take pleasure in the suffering and death of men, women, and children from this disease?

The word vapor in this code is particularly relevant, because the Swine Flu spreads primarily through the air. CNN.com posts the following:

• 6. How close do you have to be to a sick person to get swine flu?
  
  "You can acquire this infection if you're within the 'breathing zone' of a sick person, which is about three to six feet," Schaffner said. "And we usually mean being this close to someone in a confined space. We're not talking about fleeting contact. We're not talking about walking past someone in the street. You need sustained contact." If you think you might have sustained contact with someone who's ill, read this guidance from the CDC's Web site.
  
  7. Yikes! Every day I'm that close to countless people—at work, on the bus, at church, in a movie theater. Could I get swine flu from them?
  
  Yes. "If you're standing next to someone on a bus, or sitting next to someone or in front of someone in a theater, you could acquire the infection in that fashion," Schaffner said. That's why people with the symptoms of any kind of flu—fever, diarrhea, body aches, vomiting, etc.—are urged to stay home and away from groups of people.

Curiously, Satan is referred to as the "prince of the power of the air" in Ephesians 2:1-2 (NKJV).

He comes by many other names: Accuser, Adversary, Beelzebub, Father of lies, Lucifer, Power of darkness, Prince of this world, Prince of demons, Ruler of the darkness, Satan, Serpent, Tempter, god of this world, and Wicked one, to name a few.

In Job chapters 1-2, we find Satan asking God to give him free reign over Job's life to prove that Job only reveres God, because he has a blessed, protected life. God gives him permission to do as he wishes, as long as he does not touch Job. Satan then begins to destroy his herds, sons, daughters, most of his servants, and oldest brother's home and, we conjecture, his household as well. When all of this does not turn Job against God, Satan asks God for permission to afflict Job himself. With the caveat of not killing him, Satan is freed to afflict Job with painful sores from head to toe. Job's wife is spared, but she is an additional source of temptation telling Job to curse God and die. In all of this, Job keeps his integrity and does not turn against God.


Context

We then looked at the context of the verses that the code passes through. The topics include: death, burial, judgment, and a plea for help in trouble.









The Prince and 666

We are frequently asked to run searches on the term 666, but because the term is only four letters long in Hebrew, it is impractical to search for it without a specific area of text to look in. Following the discovery of the Swine Flu code, we decided to run searches on the term 666 to see if there were any that cross the code, specifically in the verses where the word Prince appears.






The 666 code would seem to give credence to our interpretation of the Prince in the Swine Flu code being Satan. It could just as easily read, For the sake of glory, Satan intertwined his joy with 666.

Consider Lucifer's quest for glory and his downfall in Isaiah 14:12-15:

• How you are fallen from heaven,
  O Lucifer, son of the morning!
  How you are cut down to the ground,
  You who weakened the nations!
  For you have said in your heart:
  'I will ascend into heaven,
  I will exalt my throne above the stars of God;
  I will also sit on the mount of the congregation
  On the farthest sides of the north;
  I will ascend above the heights of the clouds,
  I will be like the Most High.'
  Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol,
  To the lowest depths of the Pit. (NKJV)

And the number of the beast in Revelation 13:18:

• Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666. (NKJV)

Jeremiah 44:6

In Jeremiah 44:6, the first letter shin () in the word Prince () from the Swine Flu code crosses in the 11th word.

The first letter, a tav (), in the word 666 () crosses the 7th word in the same verse.

In the following, the letters in blue are where the two codes intersect in the same verse. They are 20 letters apart.






In the English verse, the 11th Hebrew word is translated as wasted, and the 7th is the phrase and in the streets.


An Elegant Intersection

It is remarkable that a code that has a skip of -126,694 and wraps from the later part of the Tanakh back around through the beginning (from Jeremiah 44:6 through the end of 2 Chronicles and Genesis to Exodus 36:8.), and another code with a short, positive skip of 72 that runs from Jeremiah 43:6 to Jeremiah 44:8, would intersect in the same verse and have such similar content. Add to that the destructive content of the verse. It is a creative and elegant intersection that no man could ever devise.
