T-Bar And Royal Blue Circle With Royal Blue Dot In Middle

In the Hyperspace Helper, it says that to see the T-Bar, center your conciousness at your pineal gland and see a field of royal blue, and within two to three seconds, you'll see your T-Bar. Then it goes on to say that if you cannot see your T-Bar, visualize a royal blue circle with a royal blue dot in the center, which has the same effect as balancing your T-Bar. My question is, is the royal blue circle with the royal blue dot in the center supposed to be visualized in a field of royal blue? If so, how can I even see it since the colors blend together with the background?

I visualize my T-Bar on a Violet Background although this is just personal to me and i find it easier than visualizing my Royal Blue Ankh on a White Background as it seems 'misty' and unclear.So no you do not visualize the Royal Blue Dot and Royal Blue Circle on a Royal Blue Background.Logically, the Royal Blue Dot and Circle have to be a different colour as the colour of God Mind Communication, as to centralize your Individual Consciousness only on that area for Hyperspace Exploration and to use the Language of Hyperspace effectively.I hope this helps.
