T-bar troubles
#1
Each time I perform this exercise, my t-bar looks like: T & will begin to fall forward.  It is easy to 'catch' and position (balance) but the moment it becomes balanced, it begins to change.  Each end of the horizontal bar will slowly 'rise' to form a V (still being attached to the vertical stem...I keep pulling it back down into a horizontal bar but immediately I let go, it reforms into a V.

What am I not doing right?

I would say you are doing fine.  Relax....  Most do not even see their Tbar.  Have you tried to "Lock it in", you know, straighten it out and push a button to fix it in place.   Just some suggeshties.    I wonder what V held at pineal would mean or do???  Maybe your genectics are shifting???

Let us know what is going on k!

xan-i, make sure you are not at the brain stem. The balance archetype for the reptilian brain stem is a "Y" (in pale red).
