So what we have here in Phoenix, Arizona, in recent days is another one of these flybys. In this latest circumstance the lights were lined up in such a way as to be clearly perceived as individual lights. (There was some confusion last time: Was it one vehicle or was it many?) It was the same thing both times: many individual, singular vehicles.
So you are being prepared. Now, I grant you that not all ships that fly through the sky and are manufactured by various secret governmental or military organizations are entirely benevolent. Some are not. But this project Iââ¬â¢m talking about is benevolent.

(When I say disk-shaped, I do not mean a flattened disk, but what is typically referred to as a disk shape and a lot of the so-called ET technologies involved.) The reason theyââ¬â¢re usually seen at night is that without having the light-gathering instrument activated, the vehicle itself tends to give off light through its skin. This isnââ¬â¢t like someone flying around with a searchlight. The vehicle itself tends to radiate the light.

I would also say this to big cities who have helicopter policing and so on: If a helicopter should fly over to where the ships are, it is possible that its instruments could be affected, so give yourself a degree of boundary. Donââ¬â¢t fly any closer that three miles if you can help it. Thatââ¬â¢s part of the reason the lights usually appear in places where they are not likely to encounter many airplanes or helicopters.
I mention this as an aside to the occasional pilot and reporters who might be able to use a helicopter: Itââ¬â¢s probably not safe to get much closer that three miles because of the electrical radiation that would unintentionally interfere with instruments. If it is assembled one way, it will self-destruct the vehicle, not unlike switches. If it is assembled another way, it will be very useful in transporting this or that. If assembled another way, it might be a weapon. What would be given is the way to assemble it, for instance, whereby you could use it as a device to transport something; you could use a field effect to move a heavy object from one place to another.
That kind of help was granted, and it was always done in such a way as to teach the technician something on a spiritual level as well as a mechanical level. We are not talking about only mechanical guidance here.

Now you have programs on what is basically educational television, which is perhaps a little more legitimized in the eyes of the average viewer, and this is important.
So you wonââ¬â¢t think Iââ¬â¢m heaping scorn on so-called tabloid television, sometimes tabloid television and newspapers perform valuable functions by putting out stories that would not get into the conventional press and into the public eye. Sometimes it is speculation presented as fact, but at other times it is actual eyewitness testimony.
Now this information is beginning to move from that trail-balloon position into the more educational press, and it will continue from there.
It is really not such a big move to say that something is benevolent. You just have to understand that ships from other planets might be very benevolent with benevolent people in them. That kind of help was granted, and it was always done in such a way as to teach the technician something on a spiritual level as well as a mechanical level. We are not talking about only mechanical guidance here.

I would say that itââ¬â¢s a worthy thing that is coming out. You see, itââ¬â¢s coming out on legitimate stations. I donââ¬â¢t want to say that some television programs are only sensationalist, but some are a little more tabloid than others. Now you have programs on what is basically educational television, which is perhaps a little more legitimized in the eyes of the average viewer, and this is important.
So you wonââ¬â¢t think Iââ¬â¢m heaping scorn on so-called tabloid television, sometimes tabloid television and newspapers perform valuable functions by putting out stories that would not get into the conventional press and into the public eye. Sometimes it is speculation presented as fact, but at other times it is actual eyewitness testimony.
Now this information is beginning to move from that trail-balloon position into the more educational press, and it will continue from there.
It is really not such a big move to say that something is benevolent. You just have to understand that ships from other planets might be very benevolent with benevolent people in them. The ships that are not benevolent (which are very few indeed) are held at bay these days. They canââ¬â¢t get to you, they wonââ¬â¢t get to you; itââ¬â¢s not possible. By the time you have ships of your own and you can get to them, those individuals will be benevolent.
Everything is on track so that when you meet people they will be benevolent and will be looking forward to meeting you. I am saying this largely for those of you out there who are convinced that some ships are dangerous with dangerous beings on board. The greatest danger, as you have discovered in your own personal history on this planet, is ignorance.

The spectrum of light in which they were approaching your solar system has been modified to a different wave. Thatââ¬â¢s all I want to say because the Sinister Secret Government can hear me too, you know. It is a different wave that I do not think is possible to block. I am not going to give the formula, for obvious reasons, nor am I going to give any hints about the method, but the method is now in place so that extraterrestrial ships can come here only if they need to be here and if it is acceptable for you people on Earth to have them near. Those are the main qualifiers, though there are a couple of others. They can be here now, which is why you are getting more sightings and why thereââ¬â¢s press about it. Itââ¬â¢s becoming a regular thing and more people are realizing that itââ¬â¢s a real thing. I might add that itââ¬â¢s nothing to be afraid of. As a matter of fact, itââ¬â¢s a great adventure. It will be a lot of fun for most of you, and itââ¬â¢s not too far down the road where extraterrestrials will be introduced to you on television and they will be benevolent beings.
