Besides, what 'sale' is there, when no service and no product is being delivered? None!Interesting, did they get all their money back?

Yes they did, in full. At least for the OMG. They reimbursed eight people so far who quit the OMG because they had threatened to sue them. In other cases, when they believe they can get away with it, they attack those that quit.
I also remember that unhappy customers who still buy in to their BS would get free consultations, DVDs and stuff like that. Those that really saw through them and threatened action saw their money back. This was especially the case after the January conference, but people continue to quit left right and center.

Fabulous news! I expect to see more people sign up here.
I also got most of my money back over a trip that fell through (as posted elsewhere), except for the airfare, that was credited by the airlines, so we lost that essentially because you have to use your credit within a year... when you're dickin' with thousands of dollars, you better believe they'll cave because people get seriously pissed off as I did and I didn't back down. Never once did I use the word "sue" or state such in an email. I was very professional, countering each one of their ridiculous points J tried to stand on, she was sinking fast... and I basically told them they didn't know who they were f***ing with. PurplePebble that was hilarious w/the bucket list! heehee

Wow, it must be a perfect example of how not to conduct a business, but I guess if you're here to save the planet, you just can't see that. You have more important things to do. icon_wallbash

I wonder if they accuse White Wolf of being deranged or having "psychological issues" on one of those sh*t spouting media outlets/radio shows they have trashed us on ...or will this one be quielty swept under the carpet.... LOL.. Thanks White Wolf, (or should you be thanking HCF.. ..Not sure) Nevertheless, thank your self. :) |
