The Expansions Cult
Stewie added more,..

..just grasping at straws

I think Expansions are killing themselves with this. When people see how certain individuals are being attacked on the internet they will be reluctant to have anything to do with Expansions. It is a liability to be associated with them in any way because of their tactics.

I agree stew will kill his business with the lies he keeps coming up with. People are going to see him for what he is, a deranged lunatic that is losing his mind. icon_lol

I don't know what other people would do but if they were to identify me and place my name up there on that website and speak lies about me. Then I will be contacting my mothers brother who is an Attorney. I would pay him or some other Attorney to send a very nasty letter to have him remove my name and lies immediately or face a Defamation of character lawsuit. I think the first step for the Attorney is to send a letter to the offending website Hosting that site in order to expose the owner of the website and reveal who this person is that has no Basis for the lies on his website and that these lies and my name should be removed immediately and if this person refused to comply with the order after that things will escalate pretty damn fast.

Yes I agree that speaking this way is not helping their cause and once again they need to explain why/how and for what reason they were all involved with such criminals? They seem to be very connected to drug dealers, how they can make so many mistakes is a mystery. LOL.

To Stewart Swerdlow: My daughter works for lawyers and I am contacting her to have them start a law suit against you for viciously defaming my name and character. You know full well that what you say about me is lies and I will not have my name brought down with your venomous lies. So get ready, Mr. Swerdlow for one hell of a fight - of which you are sure to lose. Better start doing some major deleting you ahole because you are about to lose what business you have left.

You can not rely on a websites info on the law concerning of whether or not you can sue somebody for Libel or Defamation since everybody's situation is different. So you have to gather the facts about your particular situation and talk it over with a layer and they will decide if you have a case or not based on law and legal precedent.

The websites that talk about certain legalities are OK to use to help you understand what might constitute a cause for action against a person you feel damaged from by them telling lies about you such as posting it on a public website and how much damage it has done to your reputation but in the end you will have to seek legal counsel to see if your case has merit. I am not a Layer nor do I claim to be. It is just my personal opinion.

The fact of the matter is that peoples names are being smeared on that website and that it is viewed by the Public there is some very serious privacy issues it seems to me. Some will believe it and others will not but if you are a cult member you would believe that the info is true. The website has no Privacy statement or Disclaimer a very touchy issue in my opinion since the FTC will sue you if your Privacy Policy is not accurate or misleading to the Public that views your site. But again you have to consult an Attorney that is an expert on internet law as well. Can you really trust that site without a privacy policy. How is it gathering data such as IP addresses, is the site putting cookies on your computer and viruses and is spyware being put on your computer to determine your identity.

It's like he thinks if he makes up lies about the people here it will negate what's been exposed about him. The lies he made up aren't nearly as bad as what's been exposed about him.

Huh ?

Justia pulls public records of all court cases for the past 10 years in the USA.

So you are saying that the public records some how smear people's names ?

I can see how the justice system has it's problems, but that site is not like ripoffreport, its not a consumer generated content driven site, its just a database that you can search.

Not trying to argue or fight, just did not understand your reply.

edit: Were you thinking my reply was saying that I was siding with the SS's ? I was trying to say that the people who's names are listed on that site can be cross referenced with justia (or pull a FOIA report but thats a few $) and see if those people really had cases like are stated on that website (therealhyperspacecafe).
