That information from the website is 100% public domain, and I proudly stand by suggesting the use of Violet Visualizations for Psychic Shielding, this is where the core feud exists between me and anti-Stewart camp at HCF. I have my own theories about OverSoul too, not some copy past of Swerdlows. 100% true I am a computer expert and even expert in Cyber Laws.
Your conclusions about my company are libelous.

Richard, the information against my employers is provable libel. We make standard electronic circuit boards that too for national companies, not some secret ELF hardware.
You are allowing Yukesame and HCF to cross into illegal territory now. Personal attacks against my views are normal and ok to me but not writing lies in print against companies that affect other employees.

The stranger barged in claiming proof against Swerdlows, and is instead doing: cyber bullying, cyber harassment and now libel against tax paying established companies. These are Cyber Crimes in India under IT Security Act Section 66 and both USA and India are signatories to assist in tackling cyber crimes against citizens and companies from either nation.

I hope you take the right steps. I am the last person on earth who wants to take any action against HCF [I am a donor here].

I was requesting his old HCF id here, not real name. I was thinking Snake Oil and Shadow Runner were the same person, but later I realized that Snake Oil posts from Bolzano, Italy only.
Both had Aquarius Sun Signs and appeared near about the same time in one thread expressing skepticism about KBA, whch confused me.
Lately, I have only received excellent feedback about Snake Oil and know now that his intentions are genuine because of direct experience. God knows where Shadow Runner is though.

If I have to request any name for legal purpose, my company lawyers will do the needful, I do not have to resort to spying or "googling". And as such, I would advise all of you to not support libel in anyway. It is one thing to expose malpractice, fake techniques or cash loss from Swerdlows but there are lines which must not be crossed just because others disagree.

Ethically, even personal judgements and attacks are not good but we have to bear with that on the internet for the sake of flowing discussions. However, openly writing lies about established companies is, ( what can I say, I am distressed that it had to happen here of all places, ) totally illegal and breaks all Cyber Laws in India and USA.

Just imagine, if I am forced to take action, people will conveniently forget Swerdlows and make me the villain, as if I brought down HCF to avenge MC or something. If I keep quiet, the forum has libel posted against my company.

We have had arguments for years but have never crossed legal boundaries, and I maintained decorum even when false allegations were leveled against my intentions. If I had negative intentions why would I donate $$$ do this forum?

This is what worried me from the start when this stranger appeared, I thought he will post something stupidly personal to enable Swerdlows to feed off, or even close the forum whenever convenient.

Instead he is forcing me to do Stewart's wish against my wishes.

Catch 22 situation. What would anyone else here do if their full name, company and family names are libeled against in a public forum ? Any advice from more sagacious members?

 That doesn't make sense. And I know for a fact that you have deliberately used  peoples real names to suit yourself. 

I had perused some of the pages yukesam has posted long  before they  appeared on this site and before I ever heard of yukesam. As you said they are 100%  public domain.

I came to my own conclusions without his/her input.

Remember it was you who suggested and encouraged people write ebooks and set up websites with " the anonymity of the internet." You know very well the internet is not anonymous.

Why would you donate to this forum????.........I have my own thoughts on that as well. One of them being that for a time this forum was promoting certain teachings that served and attracted a certain element .  Bolstering and supporting MC aided that agenda .

I agree it needs to be stopped. There's no need for personal attacks against other members in this thread and that's one thing we don't tolerate here. I know most people don't read rules but I think members need to read our rules on forum behavior at this link:

I also wanted to point out that even though Octahedron might seem like he defending expansions, he is a good friend of mine and I have respect for him. He isn't your typical expansions fan that closes his mind to the truth. He evaluates both sides of the story.


iqhunk, I don't know why it's important for you to know who GWS is but you're right he isn't shadowrunner. Why does it matter to you?

Yes, keep it coming. All people I know who came into contact with Expansions were fed up just like those on this thread. Those who did not have close contact, just can't believe it. We have to leave it at that and not too much discuss with them (on this thread at least).

 

Good, I am still open for all kinds of information about Expansions; I will never censor myself. Every opinion is valuable for me.

For those of the first group, who are still in a mental haze and wonder what happened  while being in close contact with expansions:
You've been stuffed up with worldviews and perspectives other than your own (and which did not help *at all*). 

"help" is quite subjective, "help" can also just be "information" or "experience".  i.e. Worldviews about worldviews can give big insights.

The hypnosis wears off and you can talk about it one day. Use a journal and write everything down from *your* perspective not from what SS implanted into you. Privately. *Your* perspective is the right one and you have a right to have it. Accept it and trust it.

again, yes, never disable your own intuition.

You have a right to view this world without the mental filter of what might be in the Kuiper Belt, below the ice in Antarctica, where the next super quake will happen, what's on the moon, what's behind the moon, what's under water somewhere, what's in or behind the sun, who you were in last life, what your programming alters are, what role you had in rituals, on what planets you were etc. 

All these topics can be used as mental tricks to make you dissociate from where you are right now. That's the game being played on you.
