you know what though honestly I have to say that I just need to look at why the hell I allowed myself to completely act a way that I am not and isolate myself from people who were "not expansions" all the while claiming to know about oneness and the illusion of separation. The deceiver needs a dummy and there has got to be a lesson there.

Don't beat yourself up too much. As far as I have found, the most important lessons learned in life are the hardest ones. Everyone has to wake up and smell what they are laying in eventually. The important part is that you woke up, realized it was sh&t and got out of it.
The rest will fall into place.
I have been there, still find myself there from time to time, and admire all of us who continually dig out of it.
No one here would be here if they weren't looking for the truth. Everybody finds it in their own time.
