All this proves to me that nobody, be it Stewart or Janet or any client of theirs, nobody should even think of any Occult Practice without first learning about the 7 Universal Laws [especially Karma], Astrology, Yoga, Kundalini Rise and having a thorough theoretical read of Gnostic Scriptures before embarking on any practice. Knowledge is power, and with a proper Occult Foundation, one can choose the right exercises from anybody without doing harm to Self or others.

Thanks Iq, to me all these BS archetypes and frequencies are down right dangerous. You would need a lot of research and study on various fields before even consider to excersize them.
