The Expansions Cult
Well, I just had my daughter (who works for lawyers) send Stewart a letter. She is going to get her lawyer involved in this - at least as far as smearing my name is concerned. Everything that he wrote about me is 100% lies. Not even one iota of truth and that is just wrong. Let's see what he says now.

DT, he'll only remove it if this entire site goes down

..just grasping at straws

Wow for all these people I see nothing to back up the exact stories on Justia.com
You can not rely on a websites info on the law concerning of whether or not you can sue somebody for Libel or Defamation since everybody's situation is different. So you have to gather the facts about your particular situation and talk it over with a layer and they will decide if you have a case or not based on law and legal precedent.

The websites that talk about certain legalities are OK to use to help you understand what might constitute a cause for action against a person you feel damaged from by them telling lies about you such as posting it on a public website and how much damage it has done to your reputation but in the end you will have to seek legal counsel to see if your case has merit. I am not a Layer nor do I claim to be. It is just my personal opinion.

The fact of the matter is that peoples names are being smeared on that website and that it is viewed by the Public there is some very serious privacy issues it seems to me. Some will believe it and others will not but if you are a cult member you would believe that the info is true. The website has no Privacy statement or Disclaimer a very touchy issue in my opinion since the FTC will sue you if your Privacy Policy is not accurate or misleading to the Public that views your site. But again you have to consult an Attorney that is an expert on internet law as well. Can you really trust that site without a privacy policy. How is it gathering data such as IP addresses, is the site putting cookies on your computer and viruses and is spyware being put on your computer to determine your identity.

Huh ?

Justia pulls public records of all court cases for the past 10 years in the USA.

So you are saying that the public records some how smear people's names ?

I can see how the justice system has it's problems, but that site is not like ripoffreport, its not a consumer generated content driven site, its just a database that you can search.

Not trying to argue or fight, just did not understand your reply.

edit: Were you thinking my reply was saying that I was siding with the SS's ? I was trying to say that the people who's names are listed on that site can be cross referenced with justia (or pull a FOIA report but thats a few $) and see if those people really had cases like are stated on that website.
I did not know that about justia pulling records of all court cases for the past 10 years nor have been to the website justia. It would be good research material to look at about certain court case involving Defamation and Libel which an Attorney would research such a court precedence and help him determine how winnable his case is involving his client that is the plaintiff who is filing the suit against someone for Libel and Defamation of character.

Arejay says: So you are saying that the public records some how smear people's names ?

Well Arejay if your true name was up on that site would you like it if it is not true what they say about you and that you can prove the facts are in error and malicious at best.

What I was originally stating is that most websites that discuss generalities about law or specific question somebody raises on these websites whether answered by a lawyer or an individual giving their personal oppion can not be construed as legal advice and that you should consult a legal attorney on such matters for your particular situation. You blew my reply way out of proportion.

Arejay says:edit: Were you thinking my reply was saying that I was siding with the SS's ? Now where did you get that idea that I was accusing you of siding with SS? I said no such thing nor did I accuse you of that.

Arejay says:

These people that have their name on that site don't have to prove a Damn thing by requesting a FOIA or Freedom of Information Act. When that person that has been injured by the lies on that website goes into the court as a Plantiff the burden of proof usually falls on the Plaintiff to prove or disprove a disputed fact. If the Plaintiff proves to the court that the Defendant is in error then the burden of Proof shifts to the Defendant.

I am just very curious now what would be the next topic on Janet's recipe as SJ are heading to their self destruction at full speed.

How about "Sushi"! Stewart told me once you Janet make your own sushi at home of course with the money that you conveniently conned from the zombies with BS products and services.

And most of all, sushi will remind of me, yukesam, your loving brother in Korea.

How delicious!

" It is your own ego that is feeding the expansions secret government project. "

I need to know exactly what type of business license that Expansions is operating their business on. I can assume the books and DVDs are sold through Expansions publishing co., Inc.

But what about the consultations via phone and email? And other BS memberships and seminars? Which business license is allowing Expansions to sell these items?

And what do you do when you need to ask them for refund for these services they sold to domestic and the international clients in the state of Michigan and the city of St.Joseph for total fraud??

Because as we can see clearly the consultations , memberships and the seminars are full of sh*t and deadly.

The home page of the city of St.Joseph (
http://www.sjcity.com/ ) is now one of my favorite page.

And I’m start looking at the news paper and media of St.Joseph and the state of Michigan who might be interesting in the stories that is developing here at HCF.

One of the person who had the Paid consultation with Stewart in Korea is dead and he would not agree with the kind of "Art of Dying" as positive caused by the con-man, Stewart Swerdlow.

S & J are using the internet lingo of OMG[oh my god] as a mnemonic tool for the OversoulMastermindGroup..

A similar maneuver was made with J's Women of the World crew,.. but she just calls it WOW to try and fascinate the internet

I imagine they cheat on their taxes just like most self employed people. That's one reason why the Illuminati wants to eliminate self employed people.

Here is an interesting subject that will be discussed at Conspiracy Con this year.

DISINFORMATION AGENTS:
Have they appeared at this Conference?

WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE?
What are our successes and what are our failures?
How can we improve the greater truth movement?
If so, what one issue is it that, if collectively overcome,
would be the first "domino" by which all others might fall?

These important issues do impact our collective efforts,
and they will be hotly debated at what promises to be the
most eye-opening Conspiracy Con you have ever attended.

Good questions these people should be asking themselves I guess.

Some interesting speakers on the line up.
