tell the spouse to immediately start going to her doctor and to let him know the situation and how she has been damaged psychologically,,, she need to have all this documented by professionals

same goes for everyone else in such a situation

do see doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists

the most damning of testimonies comes for such professionals,,, also known as professionals that have "BAR bonds",,,   they too are members of the BAR,,, and other BAR members like judges etc  RESPECT and TRUST their word over any member of the public
