I suspect Ms.Blossom will be sitting in the pumpkin patch with Linus under his blaky, waiting for the great pumpkin to appear.
Though I saw,for a 3rd time a strange bright sphere moving slowly in the night sky west of me tonight. As I thought, they do what they want when they want to. Not on anyone else's time or schedule. Move along now, nothing to see here.

I think Mr. Tout just lost some money. As though he cares.

CONTENDER FOR THE 'TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE' FILE? Well, you may have already watched the YouTube video of an alleged saucer-shaped craft landing in Slovenia, at 18:17 on the evening of Oct 14. According to news reports, "Several people from Ajdovscina, Ozeljan and Shempas heard an unusual sound and noticed a large flying object that moved chaotically. Around 18:00 hrs, the Vipavskaa valley was left without electricity, while the mobile phones had no signal." In the six seconds worth of film I viewed here , there was no landing but the disc-like craft was clearly seen in silhouette against a setting sun. Too good to be true? If it looked like a flying model, it probably was. In a Spanish editorial Otra vez no llegaron los extraterrestres on Mexico's Info7 website today, the author Belduque makes several valid points and claims in respect of Australian Blossom Goodchild's failed UFO prophesy contact event of Oct 14 and others before it. We are entitled to conclude that this is tantamount to simple fraud. Designed "to draw media attention and people, especially the naive and fearful of these issues," says Belduque. The skeptical author notes that each time an apparent mystery regarded as "undeniable" and "indisputable" is refuted and demystified the reality shows their ['fans' of UFOs, as he calls them] beliefs are out of place". Update - Oct.16.08: British-born Australian actress, author and self-proclaimed psychic Blossom Goodchild confronts her followers and critics in this video regarding the Federation of Light's no-show in Earth's skies on Oct 14. View it here. Clear skies disappoint true believers By Charles Memminger POSTED: 01:30 a.m. HST, Oct 16, 2008 The skies over Alabama were relatively free of alien spacecraft on Tuesday, disappointing many of us UFO enthusiasts who really believed it when an Australian psychic predicted their arrival months ago. Blossom Goodchild boldly went where no psychics had gone before, predicting the exact date (Oct. 14) of an Earth visit by extraterrestrials. As reported here, she said she learned of the upcoming visit by beings calling themselves "The Federation of Light," while channeling the spirit of a dead American Indian named "White Cloud." She said the UFOs would hover over the southern United States long enough for there to be no doubt of their existence. Alas, on Oct. 14, Alabama continued to be populated only be terrestrials, no extra ones to be found anywhere. Blossom Goodchild's Web site is rather silent on the issue of why the ETs never showed up. Her last communication with her legion of believers (of which I am one) came on Oct. 6 and hinted that all might not be right with our only connection to beings from another world. She said she was cutting back her readings and that she was "truly exhausted" and, to make matters worse, she had dropped her laptop computer and it had broken. "Not a good time," she wrote. Indeed. It is tiring channeling space beings through dead American Indians. The hardest thing, I would think, is keeping a straight face. Those muscles start to hurt after a while. I'd be the last one to suggest that Miss Blossom might have had a financial interest in predicting the arrival of ETs, but I notice she has become very popular and her Web site hosts advertisements from other seers and psychics hoping to ride her coattails. "My life has turned upside down," she says. "I have been overwhelmed with the amount of mail I have received." Apparently anticipating the possibility that no aliens would appear as predicted, she comforts her followers with this statement: "I feel it important to quash an ugly rumor someone has started. I have NEVER thought/said that if the ship doesn't show that I will commit suicide." Whew. That's a relief. That, to me, shows she's the real deal. Not like those nutty members of the Heavens Gate cult who committed suicide in order to hitch a ride on a spaceship that, sadly, never passed by Earth. Some will think that the failure of Blossom's prediction proves she isn't actually in contact with space aliens via a dead American Indian. Or that White Cloud is just messing with her. That's completely insulting to the spirits of not just dead American Indians but the spirits of all dead Americans who communicate with Australian psychics. The fact that spirits of dead Americans have to outsource their visions to foreigners says a lot about the lack of support they get at home. It is possible the spaceships will still get here and just took a wrong turn at Uranus or something. You can keep your spirits up, so to speak, by downloading Blossom's "Oct. 14 Music Album." And, bless her, it's free. E-mail Charles Memminger at [email protected]. British bookmaker William Hill have, at least temporarily, been saved a multi million pound payout after the eagerly anticipated October 14th UFO arrival failed to materialise. Hills still have a large number of bets from Alien enthusiasts, including Lawrence Tout, who sparked the gamble with a ã1,000 bet at 1000/1. Hills are hoping that Australian 'channeler' Blossom Goodchild did not just get her dates wrong. Hills have decided to reopen their Alien betting but are now 50/1 that 'the current existence of intelligent extra terrestrial life will be confirmed by the serving British PM' within six calendar months of placing the bet. "Having offered 1000/1 to people like Lawrence and Blossom's family, we still have seven figure liabilities and have now slashed the odds to 50/1 that intelligent Extra Terrestrial life exists and with the increase in sightings so far this year we could get shorter still," said Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams http://www.williamhillmedia.com/index_te...file=10978

Well... It is Oct. 18th and no spaceship.
This is a thing that has been bothering me for a while. Namely, NOTHING happens! We get predictions, reports, channelings, etc. about coming spaceships, attacks, inventions, etc... Yet when the fateful day arrives, nothing. Are there reptiles in the white house??? Show me something! Are Aliens attacking?? Show me ONE laser-burned tree or a bomb crater! Alien base on the moon?? Show me one NON-Photoshopped picture! Even the 'Tried-and-true' evidence of ufo's (Crop circles, videos, etc.) is the same regurgitated stuff of 10-20-30+ years ago. Now, I do want to believe in a lot of this stuff, I really do but 15 year old magazine articles of free energy devices just isn't getting it any more. When will something happen that we can sink our collective teeth into? SHOW ME SOMETHING! I welcome responses. Menkaure

I know how you feel. I would love to see UFOs appear in the skies so that everyone could see them. It sure would shake things up for awhile. I suspect something big will be happening before 2012. The Illuminati has to complete their plans before 2012.

I've seen some "strange and unusual" things in the sky as of late. Along with reg air traffic, and none of it moves slow, quiet, and blinks on and off like strobes do. I think all this predicted channeling stuff is a way to throw people off track. As it doesn't happen when they say it will. I really can't trust a "channeled" msg,as the source is most likely a bad one. Direct communication or contact is better,at least in this context.
BTW be careful what you wish for,as such a genuine event could, most likely, accelerate the whole global martial law thing. Though it would be neato to see for real. It's an unintended consequence, they'd gladly take advantage of.

Cool. It hasn't matched the massive scale of Y2K disappointment though.
