The Ginkgo Herb Research and News
#1
http://qualitycounts.com/fpginkgo.html

This is a very popular herb that originated in China and is now one of the most commonly prescribed drugs in Germany and France. Ginkgo relieves everything from sexual dysfunction to glaucoma, memory loss to dementia or alzheimer's, and even prevents free radicals. This is because the herb improves blood circulation. Warning: Do not take with blood thinning medication.

I find that focusing on academic weaknesses flexes the mind more effectively than any supplement. I never understood the role of ginko; it did nothing for everyone I spoke to that used it

I drink gingko tea and sometimes take gingko supplements whenever I feel the need to. There is this gingko tea from the brand Yogi Tea that I usually drink right before exams or usually around exam /quiz time. The way the tea smells and tastes already brings about a tranquil effect on my mind. So it helps in that way. I also take it with the belief that its good for me so that it may enhance the benefits it naturally possesses. One needs not be overly stressed out/anxious...prior to exams..as this may(I'm not saying its definite!) reduce blood circulation to the brain...so the calming action that occurs may help...

What I'm trying to say is that I do not know if I can support the idea that gingko can cure everything but I do believe that it is beneficial to one's well being to some extent...one just has to try it out. I do not think one herb , or one teaching or one method can cure everyone...as there are many paths to God, then there are many techniques to heal or correct a situation. One has to find whats unique or best for them.

Hence, thats why experimentation is great as long as you use discernment! :o)
