The Government Makes Money Off Ill Folks
#11
Well, DT got her computer going again. I think the problem may have been related to Windows update but I’m not sure. She’s the one that kept playing with it and I’m going by what she told me. So she should be back online soon and she can explain it. ;)

Yes, Dr. Who was new! It was the second part to last weeks 'face mask' people.

I have ghosts in my computer - that's what happened! It worked fine one night and I turned it off and went to bed. The next day when I tried to turn it on - no internet.  I tried everything, and then I tried restarting. Bam! That was the beginning of all the problems.  I went through hell the last couple of days and it didn't help that my back is out again and I am in pain. :frown:

Anyway...my computer just started working again, just as mysteriously as it had stopped. :paranoid:

And yes, I like to take Melatonin once in a while because I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep.  And sometimes, when I am particularly tired, I sure wish I had some sleeping pills on hand. :shhh:

Dreamtime, glad to see you up and running.  Sorry about your back, I can relate there.  Also there are a few women around here that has had back problems lately, so it makes me wonder if its from Elf or chemtrails or somfin????

I know its about our support system.  the back....

Valerian is a traditional herbal sleep remedy that has been studied with a variety of methodologic designs using multiple dosages and preparations. Research has focused on subjective evaluations of sleep patterns, particularly sleep latency, and study populations have primarily consisted of self-described poor sleepers. Valerian improves subjective experiences of sleep when taken nightly over one- to two-week periods, and it appears to be a safe sedative/hypnotic choice in patients with mild to moderate insomnia. The evidence for single-dose effect is contradictory. Valerian is also used in patients with mild anxiety, but the data supporting this indication are limited. Although the adverse effect profile and tolerability of this herb are excellent, long-term safety studies are lacking.

  Have you tried Valerian?

Interesting, you guys said that there were other people here who had back problems.

Yeah earlier this week I had back pain and then I spoke to my mom and brother about my problem and the pain alleviated when they showed they wouldn't get upset with me. I breathed through it and realized it was fear..but when I was breathing through it..I was hyperventilating more like I was fearful and couldn't control the fear..if you know what I mean? Interesting my exam is on nursing approaches to respiratory ailments/diseases(COPD, asthma, pneumonia, etc), drugs and HIV/AIDS.

The back pain was in my upper back though..in the upper left side near my heart area...I used pillows...did stretches..breathed through..my mind was racing fast this week too..it still is...I know that today is our favorite number day and also is a full moon...my energy levels are high...i've been feeling like i've been thrown out of whack.

Chamomile tea is also another good calming/sleeping aid...me thinks!!! you should ask Stewart this though..since I don't want to give misinformation..you should ask if going on dolphin frequency right before you sleep will help you as well..
