After 10 Years, U.N. Renovation Is in Sight
A five-year, $1.876 billion renovation of the iconic United Nations complex is set to be approved by the General Assembly.

By the caption's estimation, the construction is done by the year 2012.

:boohoo: Good Lord! I used to see those buildings every day on the way to work on the train from Brooklyn for 3 years. . .  definately antiquated! For that amount of money to 'restore' the inside?
