me to do some traveling,so remind me in a week,if you still want to know.I will not teach you how to do this,as I don't see any benefit from this.

I have two neighbors who constantly harrass us. I want to mess with them astrally because that's the only fair way I can get back at them. I'm done reflecting on myself. My dad now has high blood pressure. My health has gone bad.
I can't go to court without recorded evidence, but it is illegal to record others without their permission. We can't prove anything otherwise in court. The other neighbors either don't understand their language or are their relatives (their clan took over the neighborhood. now they are intimidating us to move so they can buy our property). The neighbor once said to my mom that his clan would testify against us no matter what. We don't have enough money to move away, and we want to live here. Californian homes are expensive. They should pay for all the torture.

Don't tell me you're living in California? What nationality is this "clan"? What do you hope to achieve by "messing with them astrally"?
