Yes, 3 is the code for orange in Hyperspace. However, on the Programming II DVD Stewart talks about how the illumiati use their own number/colour correlations for programming purposes. It is an improtant distinction, because, (for example), when the Illuminati create a global ritual and use all the numerology etc. - the colour codes they are using are different to the ones we know. That means there is a double layer of meaning, so they can deceive the group mind about what they're really doing.
The number 7 for instance which is usually violet, relates to oliven and possibley lime, green. So, while the population is unconsciously feeling that this is a positive uplifting number/colour combination (even when they don't actually know about it), the Illuminati can create another level of deception and ritual energy!
I think using UVP doesn't neccessarily stop you from being aware of the programming/ELF bombardments, but does prevent you being affected by them. Ultimately, if you need to protect you mind-pattern against these frequencies, it is because a part of you is going to allow them in. If your shield gets broken, it's really you who accepted the intrusion. Remember you are protecting a programmed mind. One of your alters may put up violet protection, and then you could momentarily switch into another one that lets in the ELF - and voila, you are receiving a satellite transmission! When you protect yourself, you are also protecting your programming. The best thing is to be constantly working to change your mind-pattern to a stronger, impenetrable state.
