Inspired by the list of "Things to Avoid", I was hoping to hear what people embrace, or incorporate into their daily life that assist them in staying strong, healthy, and successfully deprogramming.
My top ten list (what I 'try' to do everyday)....
1.consiously connect with oversoul throughout the day
2.VIOLET protection,balance, merge, spin chakras
3.release work, forgivness altar
4.protein based breakfast
5.exercise
6.eat 'whole' foods
7.drink distilled water
8.take vitamins, supplements
9.talk and connect with people I love
10.hug my dog
