Okay, I have been thinking about my mom a lot lately since I got that profile from Karen. I have been wondering what it is I'm supposed to find out and what secrets are hiding in my family. Anyway, last night I remembered one scene of a dream and now I'm wondering what it could mean. This is how it went:
I was walking outside with my mom, in a city-like atmosphere (tall buildings on both sides), I got the feeling that we were hurrying away from bad weather. I looked up and saw in the distance a large body of water. Then I saw a huge tornado stretching from the sky to the water and moving toward land in our direction. I grabbed my mom and told her we had to get inside quick. Then I went into a large building. I went through a set of glass doors and saw that I had to go through another set of glass doors to get inside. I went through the second set and came into a lobby where I turned left and went through yet another set of glass doors that led into a booth (like an old phone booth). I peeked through the glass doors and saw that my mom had only come through the second set of doors and was now just standing there, holding onto the door handle and staring at the storm. I yelled at her to come inside the booth, that it wasn't safe for her out there, but she just turn her head and looked at me. When she did, I saw tears streaming down her cheeks, then she just turned her head back to the storm, not saying a word. I tried calling to her again to get her to come to safety, but just then all the glass exploded and everything was sucked up into the storm including my mom. I was horrified, and then I woke up.
