I use cash only. The card, only when purchasing on line and it's an internet debit card,so I'm never in debt.People are hungry to have things they can't afford and they end up going into debt over their head.

Almost everyone I know uses their card, even DT. It's convenient and people are willing to trade privacy for convenience. It's just like cell phones. People are willing to trade their health and privacy for convenience.

Totally agree Richard and MC, and this is my point when people say that we are totally controlled, it is choice and I have never been to a store yet that does not accept cash, has anyone? The truth is if we went to a totally cashless society how would crime take place, is the local drug dealer going to have an Eftpos machine in his pocket? No, they do not want a cashless society and it will never happen.

I use my debit card most of the time unless the store charges a fee. It's less of a hassle and you can leave the line quicker. Putting change back into my wallet gets awkward when people behind are impatiently waiting for me to pick up my items and leave.

But you have to be careful. Make sure there is nothing attached over the slit. Thieves can steal your card information.

SI, do you really believe it is more convenient or how using plastic is contributing to the new world order and the ‘one world currency’ or just the fact that each time you use it, it is recorded.

I use cash, but credit card getting gas since its so much money now to fill up. I use credit card to buy online stuff because i can find a better deal on line and the stores are hundreds miles away from me. I keep cash on my person but not over 100 dollars.

They want to chip us so we are walking credit cards. If we do something wrong they can withdraw a penalty right away by scanning our money chip.....
In many movies now they show how all of a sudden they can empty out your bank accounts with a swipe of a button.
I think that if we did have a cashless system there would always be a barter system. So you would trade items for other items if need be, per drug deals?

With the rise of Cigarette cost there are many places that will take cigs as cash. Some people smuggle Cigs into states here that are charging too much taxes on them....

Just some thoughts above.....
