The Obama Administration being stupid by telling you, the citizen, to report other citizens of "fishy speeches", and since he doesn't define "fishy speeches":

American Government calls on YOU to become a snitch, a tattle tale, or an informant on your friends, family members, and neighbors.

This damages the US image. I can see how this is a practical move by the president, but it is everyone's responsibility as a citizen to check their sources. First step is to report people who misinform others about the health care reform that Obama is trying to push. Second step is to report people who speaks against any of his reforms regardless of whether that person is spreading misinformation. This is going backwards.
