Unconscious

Whey I do techniques and visualization I often go unconscious and then back again... then I don't remember a thing or just some part of seconds of images. I am really frustrated about this. I just cant remain conscious... Has anybody had problems with this... or has an idea what to do...??

my mind sometime goes wondering so I have to focuse all the time... this is a problem too icon_wallbash

Alcyone, this could be your programming stopping you.

Sometimes just concentrating, or focussing on a single pattern of thought (such as counting while keeping your mind as free of thoughts as possible) helps. Then you can build up on the minutes and then start visualisations.

My mind is constantly wandering too. I just learn to live with it. It never seems to be quiet, so it is very hard for me to meditate.

jep (izgubim svjest) lose consciousness.. can be a few minutes or so (even 15 min sometimes).. like I fall asleep, or something and I wake up..

I tryed focussing on a single pattern of thought then lots of images comes and then I fall asleep for minute or so and wake up ...If you get my point.

Sometimes I can do it about 10% of time... rest happens this scenario..

hmmm... i dont know if this is connected...  some time ago, I just lost consciousness while walking in my home.  Like someone shut me down on button... not feeling dizzy or something like that :?

True Meditation is thinking coherently and clearly about ANY given topic, while maintaining total control over one's mind, emotion, and body. Anything else is not meditation. Meditation MEANS to reflect, consider, and think.
