What Exactly Is A Balanced Person?
#1
Stewart stresses how we must not go to the extremes of love and hatred, but rather find a balance. Does this mean we become neutral, or does this mean we must do both extremes of "good" and "bad" equally to be balanced? If someone could explain this to me it would be much appreciated.

What do you mean by the term Vulcan?

Vulcan is a race from Star Trek - Ie Mr Spock from the old series - lack of emotion, and only use logic :)

GeeGee,
It is very easy to recognize a balance person by the energy they are resonating, and the balance must come from the understanding, not the maintaining, of love and hate. Love and hate is energy of thought and emotions, but both structure fears for numerous reasons, it is what ‘grows’ from these fears that makes you unbalanced and not the core energy itself. Then it is what has grown that enables you to be triggered and targeted.

Astrojewels,
My understanding of balance is put as "walking through a stream without creating any ripple effect".
Energetically this expands to  mean in all of our individual works we need to clear out as much of the inharmonics from all of the chakras and energy bodies and when we request replacement , it should be that which restores at all levels the equilibrium required to function that way(balance).
Approaches may vary from one person to another depending on the kind of discipline practised.
In that respect, the outcome is that one is in control of thier environment and manages pretty well their vibrations.

Nicely said Baniakash, these words are powerful.
I agree totally that it takes control, but you must first understand what requires control and this is very difficult for the general population. Many programmed people can not find the balance of control because they are restricted by inconsistency and the key word is what you have written- ‘discipline’.
