Though something's not quite right with this depiction. Or online accusation. If you're gonna point fingers at the NSA, then you're gonna run out of fingers, because there are boatloads of private companies doing not only their type of work, but other work as well. Around the globe I'd suspect, but I can't help but see there's more to this than that.
Say, for instance, you wanted to get rid of your country's intelligence agencies without making it look outright? Infiltrate,then leak the info that it's being used,then point the finger. Thus you come across something like this, and the agency in question comes under scrutiny from people like us. All while you have outsourced their work to others less accountable, and less known. Then call for a "reformation" etc and within that,you've concealed the fact that you've not only gotten rid of anyone within those agencies, who could do TPTB harm, but would satisfy the still unknowing public. Leaving them free, to stack the agency with their own persons, integrate the agency, or leave it as a figurehead, while those subcontracted to do the agency's work are left to do so. Without scrutiny or accountability to the public. As they are private corporate entities.
Whatever way this "link" looks, I don't think it's what it looks like, though to a certain extent, it is old news.
