When Should You Buy Organic?

Polly,  I have one of those vacuum pack thingies.  Ive not used it yet.   But i will.

Oh, cool.  After you use it and if you remember, William, I'd appreciate knowing what you think of your particular vacuum sealer.  It seems like such a good way to prolong the life of certain stored foods.   The other day I was looking at the ones offered in the Cabela's catalog to get an idea of cost, etc.  I know some people who process deer and other game meat use them.
