Where is the afterlife and what is it composed of?
#1
I have a question, where do you think the afterlife is and what do you think is there.

I think the after life is in the ground below our feet, i think it is composed of metaphysical entities and dark matter vegetation.

Wow, thats quite a question.... I think the afterlife is in a different REALM of existance. If I where to choose a location I would say above not below. I look at progress as going up not down. Once we make it though this experience its only up.

the "hereafter" is the astral plane that has various kinds of inhabitants, if you try to find the hereafter on earth, you will have no joy, wrong place to look, wrong dimension

from Master Bardon:

Quote: The astral plane has various kinds of inhabitants. First of all, there are the deceased ones who having left the earth are abiding in the corresponding density-degree, according to their spiritual maturity, which is designated by various religions as heaven or hell, the adepts seeing only symbols therein. The nobler, purer and the more perfect an entity happens to be, all the purer and finer will be the density-degree of the inhabited astral plane. Little by little, the astral body is dissolving, until it has become suitable to the degree of vibrations of the respective step of the astral level, or identical with it. As you see, this identification depends on the maturity and the spiritual perfection the entity concerned achieved on this earth.

Wowow I have thought about this many a time......

I thought of this. Maybe we're living a bunch of lives all at once. So when we are done here we just kind of like re-tune to one of the other lives we're living. Like our focus is just constantly changing, forever and ever, throughout eternity.

Of course my friends laugh at that one, but what do you guys think.

That's an interesting way of looking at it

Really I have no idea.

I have heard things about it, that it depends on the mind pattern of the individual, due to the soul personality that has once existed within the physical body is now departing so maybe you go some where based on your mind pattern.

Or due to all of existence being infinite perhaps there are infinite possibilities we could go to.

Or the astral plane initially or hyperspace depending how evolved spiritually one is.

Or your oversoul tells you where you could have shown more love in your life when you were on earth.

I have no idea but IMO if my oversoul is supposedly all knowing or highly in tune with itself and everything around it so to speak why did I apparently pick to come here.

Is it like a mission here on earth to give substance and strength to that soul personality so I can upgrade once completed to a more pleasant physical reality.

I really don't know.

I'm going to concentrate on being a good person and literally hope for the best. It's hard to keep your cool on this planet though.

One thing I want to know is how people come to the conclusion that when you die x,y or z happens. Maybe they do actually know, but how? I want solid evidence not someone's word just because others are saying it as well like Stewart Swerdlow.

Sadly, I see the lack of evidence pointing to there not being a god. By lack of evidence, I mean the uselessness of prayer, the inconsistencies between what gets an afterlife and what doesn't [insects vs animals vs jellyfish vs a bag of concrete vs people],..  and the absence of any detectable interaction of a central 'lord' with his subordinates..

And,,.. there's no way a god can prove his ID. And there's no way you can verify that it's god himself. It's always possible that it's just a hologram or an illusionary imposter

Other than that, all you can really depend on for the existence of a leftover soul are the countless stories of ghost sightings. Some may be fake, but certainly not all.

there may be no proof, but those that can feel a divine presence know it is not an earthly feeling.  Whatever one chooses to call it is their own choosing.  Some call it god. Also when you can feel a presence of a loved one  who has passed it makes you know there is something there and you will join that place some day.  It's just a knowing and you are never quite sure how you kinow it.

The only way a soul system would work, is if all matter was conscious

It's unfair to discriminate between what does and doesn't live eternally.

A human fused with a flower, a sentient blob of gel, alien greys,.. when such legendary lifeforms are actually discovered or created, it ought to have a soul just as much as anything else

Maybe planets are alive too
