Writing in ancient Texts

Ok one day i picked up a pen and a pad of paper and began to write and discovered im fluent in a completly other language writing and outspokenly yet i seem to understand english better or perhaps maybe i understand the other language deeper, i'd like to translate it into english but it seems almost impossible, any ideas on how to solve this mystery. also ive never had a foreign language in my entire life except like three days of german and this is not a germanic language.

I noticed something else its mostly in vowels with a few constants written as well as spoken some of the letters are trilled, it looks like an far eastern language ive seen hindu as well and i also write in something like it but it looks different
