Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if any of you run (or do a similar activety)
and if you've had success using color combos or architypes to help with the pain associated with these activities.
I am training to run a semi-long distance and I'm at the point where my joints (ankles, knees) and feet hurt. I still have cardio endurance left, but need to stop from the pain in these areas. Whenever I've attempted to run longer distances in the past, these issues have stopped me. I'd like to beat them this time.
I've been breathing in violet and medium green. And putting patches of violet on the painful areas. I've also tried swirling violet and medium green together in those areas.

Place pale yellow on tendons. Copper on all bone materials. Since this includes the area from the feet to the top of thighs (perineum)--visualize brown to heal those areas too.
Ice blue helps relieve some pain. In addition, green helps oxygenize it. Violet patching is a great idea to prevent further problems.
Word of warning. There's a tendency for marathon runners or other trainers to suddenly increase the volume and intensity in trianing. Don't do this or overtrain that your shins hurt. That will put your training on hold. You may not realize it, but even though the pain goes away after warm up, it will eventually stay longer if left untreated. (it's been four years, but my shins are still susceptible. This means I can't do much physical activities anymore. so learn more on the internet, if your shins hurt as well)

Running or jogging also hurts your brain. Going up and down for an extended amount of time. I use to jog 3 miles aday. Now after many years i am rebuilding my body and not ever gonna jog again. It jars toooo much.
As a friend i would beg you not to jog! Octahedron is correct.

Thank you SilverInfinity... I will try some of those visualizations.
Thanks to everyone else for the fair warning ;)
I am aware of Stewarts opinion about long distance running.
And yes, repeated high impact activities jar the brain and can cause damage including hearing loss. (Thank you for the reminder! I will place some extra violet in those areas. ;) )
I'm not going to defend my decision to run except to say there are positives and negatives to everything...even Godmind right? And every situation is different. I know the positive benefits from three months of training for a 13.1 mile run, outweigh the risks 'for me at this point in my life'. However, I'm not saying the risks aren't there.
This does bring up an area of discomfort for me. I highly value Stewarts opinion and I'm always interested in hearing it! I'm incredibly grateful to him for sharing his knowledge with the world and for the effect it has had in my life. I'm SO thankful!
Now I'm going to open a can of wup-ass...
Do some of you feel like you can't disagree with him and be right? Do some of you feel like you need to consult with him before you can make a decision? This isn't just in response to this thread, its in response to many postings I've read in the past year on different websites. I realize part of my discomfort is from my own vulnerablity to wanting a hero, or a saviour. I just came to terms with 'Jesus' as my savior, and I'm not interested in switching to SS as my savior. (probably to his relief :D). All joking aside though, I admit that I am vulnerable to this and I don't think I'm the only one here that is. I think its a very bad place to be if we feel the need to rely on someone elses opinion to any extreme. Nothing against needing the support of other people, and their opinions, and sharing information to come up with our own decisions, but theres a difference. What do you think? Is this something worthy of discussing?
Lots of Love

Good post Leftygrl! :)
I still play video games, i listen to music, i take short walks on long beaches.
I drink I drive, i skip to my doodle. I once believed in nice people, now i believe ill have another drink. Once bitten twice shy, been there done that. Age is wisdom but only for the wiz.
Now i cry and shout blaming only myself in the end.
blaming only myself

Leftygirl, Your post was very good. Hope my crazed poem didnt throw you off. I only wish i did half the things Stewart said we should do. ie deprogram more. etc.
Ive been around long enough to have been abused and used by so called loving nlighted people pretending to help others but are really scabs apon the earth!
Im here to learn as much as i can, To help others if they want it. And learn to listen to my higher self in all ways and occasions. Normally i post from my own experience then back it up with what Stewart says only because i do trust him and the things i post from him i have usually experienced in real life. Plus this forum is for the purpose of balancing with expansions as i see it.
Most of what Stewart says is common sense if you think about it. I didnt tell you not to run because of Stewart, I told you not to because i use to and feel it has harmed me over the years.
Hope this helps. :)
