eye twitch
#1
ever since i was a kid ive been experiencing these eye twitches. now back then, around 7 years ago i consulted my father about this. he claimed that it was because of improper lighting in the room. well i have these twitches everyday now. in good and poor lighting. now does anyone have any info about this? its like a shake. sort of feels like a sideways vertical blink. ive gotten use to it but it doesnt seem normal at all. i have never seen this but through my own eyes

Sometimes twitches are from eye implants. I also get eye twitches from time to time.

Personally, I can't really say if the twitches are like vertical eye blinking...it just is a constant "twitch" that kind of drives me bonkers. I try to hold my eye still with my fingers, but it doesn't really work...

The "vertical" eye-twitching is called nystagmus, an uncontrollable movement of the eye(s) found in people who have vertigo or related balance disorders caused by the otoliths (crystals) contained in the cochlea (inner ear canal).  Nystagmus is not muscular; it's connected to how the inner ear creates our perception of balance. It's neurological.

The "regular" eye twitching is muscular. :)

Specifically programmed people have video camera implants in their eyes. I'm guessing that you're specifically programmed because you were attracted to this forum and you seem more aware than most people you're age.

It's hard to say how often I get eye twitches. They don't happen with any regularity. Sometimes they happen several times a month and other times it will be many months before it happens.

interesting, when i was even younger i had surgery on my ear whether it relates im not sure but i noticed sometimes i sway, and even sometimes while walking i lose balance. i dont fall but im sure its noticeable to people on the outside of me.

also richard you say yours are fairly spread out in occurrence but mine are almost everyday maybe once or twice in a sitting. usually when im concentrating, it can knock that concentration off. also could it be im being used as an observer? i always had this thought in the back of my mind and i dont really turn away from usually frightful sights... i dont know though
