Yes these foods have chemicals to make you heavier, the body can not tolerate plastic to the system and it starts because you are lazy and/or uneducated about food, or your parents raised you on the stuff. Synthetic food is designed like drugs, they have a receptor to the brain that stimulates our human uncanny affection for addiction! It makes you feel good once you are addicted, I watched some news program the other day where this young woman drinks 70 litres of diet coke a week, she wakes in the night…diet drinks, low fat, low salt and sugar products are worse than eating your shoes or dirt.

It’s good to be picky, why eat anything?

Balance and variety help, but no I won't eat a puppy,a cat, a guinnea pig, most fish, [though I'm attempting to diversify my diet on that], monkey meat, or insects.
In some parts of the world people do eat these things, and then some. Simply because when you're hungry, you eat what you can. There are places where people eat dirt, and even shoes, because they are so poor. Besides, the best meat comes from happy animals. When they are mistreated,as well as fed genetically modded foods, the meat will taste bad. Same with veggies, with how they're grown. You know, the whole sing to your plants etc.  Check out Bizzare foods, and you'll see what some have to eat to survive. It's really easy to down something, until you're hungry/starving.

Most monkeys that I know are generally happy....
