So with regard to the new 'Supercongress' (officially the Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction) the House Republicans have named their three members.  One, Fred Upton, is from St. Joseph, MI.  Another is also from Michigan and represents a district formerly represented by Fred Upton.
