Thanks for the welcome!
Well the technique Ive used which helped is the ultimate protection archetype, but thats really about it. I think its very powerful. But this is not to say that I buy everything they sell, in fact I havent bought anything from them. I am naturally skeptical and I havent been able to not tread carefully and question the source, you know what I mean?

Some of their techniques do work but they're not really their techniques. Stew stole them from Marianne.

I've read that here, thanks to you guys!
I've been trying to research about her but I've had no luck lol.
I was basically reading the posts for a few days getting a feel for this, then felt the desire to interact. Thanks

Yukesam- I found Janets book decoding your life very helpful, and i would agree i found the UP tech helped me. Chakra spinning def helped me. I also like the idea of using animal energy to enhance areas of your life but this is not originally their tech either but i think they say that in TRS.

Green spiral staircase just brought back memories that i wasn't ready for and in turn hurt me, although the tech is very effective in recalling memories it also has ability to bring back false information too or rather a false perception of what really happened.

I did not like the deprogramming techs in 13 cubed they effected me badly and i landed up layering more junk on top the junk i was trying to get rid of so i intuitively pulled away from those techs, before even reading this forum.

I think they are trying to help too many people and cover the costs of this and its just not working the way it should work doing more harm than good i personally think.

Now studying Psychology at uni and i am realising that you cant go digging around in you head without some sort of repercussion, and a lot of the deprogramming stuff i think adds more trauma on top of the already contained trauma.

memory really is stored according to your perception of what happened. just recalling the memory the way you percieved it doesnt help nor make things clearer, this can also enhance the PTSD if the memory recall is not dealt with properly with the proper support. all of this is not offered by expansions.

there are the few they support through emails, funny enough alot of these people dont pay for that support, but the rest of us do and we are left hanging while trying to deal with the re-occurrence of PTSD which has happened due to practicing these deprogramming techs. Not to mention a cut and paste job of a programing scan that just added more baggage, I am not saying I dont suffer from compartmentalization and disassociation i know i do but then to have all this extra false stuff added, well talk about being overwhelmed and at a cost too!

Now when it comes to sexual deprogramming well i dont think i am even going to go there if they are doing this, that is seriously called blurring the boundaries!

This is true. They are the most money grubbing people I have ever personally known. Money is their god and they'll do anything for it. Even if it means stabbing family, friends, and clients in the back. Stew is even a convicted felon for stealing money.

Hi Links and Carribean! Welcome, I'm new here to and know that I would be a total basket case right now if not for this site. SO.. A..BIG..THANK YOU HSC! Links, I wanted to bump your comment because it's VERY important:

"Now studying Psychology at uni and i am realising that you cant go digging around in you head without some sort of repercussion, and a lot of the deprogramming stuff i think adds more trauma on top of the already contained trauma."

If you go poking around in the many, many links here you will find many justifications for not using the Expansions techniques at all. Personally, I would like to make an appeal to anyone new or old to heed that advice!

1) The chakra spinning and forcing of colors is to keep you open to "THEM" and their re-programming of YOU!
2) Brown as a grounding color is a bit suspect--some energetically see it as "sticky" others (IQ HUNK)?lol said golden brown below root chakra to toes is O.K. I just don't know about that.
3)For God's sake no one should use UP! VIOLET LIGHT IS FINE. but covering (suffocating) yourself with a (Three-sided; then four-sided) total luciferian constructed shape in the form of these pyramids is just bad news! (I used it religiously and started to associate a kind of choking/breathing problem with it.) My mind was able to make the connection while still in Expansions, but when I stopped using it, everything cleared up and went back to normal. Of course I couldn't talk about it with anyone.

Last but not least, I ABSOUTELY ADORE all the venting and saucy language! I can hardly keep from falling off of my seat,(lol). But then again, I am a bawdy, Falstaffian, Taurus afterall! The fastest way to heal is to lampoon, ridicule and satire these two pompous braggarts! Since simple justice, whether monitary, psychological, or time/energy recoup, is long time in coming--this is by far the best way. Here's to some ribald language in the name of the cause! :D

On board the S.S. Swindlow, I was often seasick, life on deck with these two pirates would pitch me from side to side. Now that I have my landlegs back, I'm going to have my fun!
