Elizabeth, i studied this teachings alone, reading CC Books.
But Franz Bardon is the only true legend in my interests and i focused on this technics.
Later i hear for Stewart Swerdlow and try to combine technics that i know with his technics.
I work on my self and i'm truly truly awareness

Wonderful. Cultivating true awareness requires lots of perseverence and courage. I'll check out Franz Bardon. As for Swerdlow, you might want to check out the threads about Expansions and and the Swerdlows if you have access to them. Do you have access? Several people have had a little trouble lately. The problem wll be fixed soon though.
