Emotionally I felt very tired and heavy while reading the case studies and it took me a few days to process the energy. I think the case studies were good examples of various kinds of programming and what people's lives were and are like. There can be a lot of differences from person to person which makes sense because everyone has a unique configuration of energies, abilities as well as experiences from other lives. The book gives more depth into the minds of programmed people.
As far as the paragraph devoted to my diary in a later chapter on Monarch programming, I wouldn't describe the reason my diary was discontinued in the way Stewart did but it's not my book.
