Hillary has a reptilian mind-pattern but I don't think she can shapeshift. Her eyes have that reptilian hypnotic stare but many women and man have too.

Well, I don't know, but I would like to find out. I remember one site that has a picture of her with her eyes looking somehow reptilian.
